Humane-R aims to generate interest in and share information about developments in the fields of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. IIM-R offers various electives in the fields of HRM and IR and therefore an opportunity for students to specialize in these areas. IIM-R also organizes an annual Human Resource Summit which has gained attention from the HR community.
