The growing age and the side effects of modernity create such an atmosphere that the students find themselves in a stressed condition. The counselling cell at *Bright Scholar* tries to interact with the students in order to drain out their stress and negativity and fill their hearts with the light of positivity, optimism and never ending enthusiastic sprit. *Principal, Dr Kiran Dalal and the school Counsellor, Dr Tanu Handa* addressed the Students of class X on 12 July 2022 to guide them to transform the students into strong and balanced personalities.
