Issue: Whether the criminal complaint can be withdrawn under section 482 Cr.P.C?
Verdict: well well yesterday the honourable Supreme court affirmatively suggested the following 2 circumstances in which the above said complaint can be withdrawn..
1. When the amount is impossible to be paid eg. Time barred debt.
2. The circumstances that there is no evidence to adduce the same.

Well, the Hon'ble Supreme court yesterday cleared the issue and stated that it will be the woman who shall conclusively decide whether she will undergo the abortion even if she is the r**e victim.
Hon'ble Supreme court further mentioned X. vs. Principal secretary and reiterated that a r**e victim can not traumatize by forcing her to give birth to the child conceived out of r**e.
