Dental Check up

A Sparkling smile depicts a healthy heart. SVM Matric School organized dental check-up camp for students. The aim of the camp was to check, regulate and maintain the dental wellness of the students and spread awareness regarding dental health and hygiene. A team of Indian Dental Association Bhavani – Komarapalayam Branch. Dr.Mr.Sasikumar , Dr.Mr.Senthilkumar, Dr.Mrs.Renuka, Dr.Mr. Sasi carried out a complete dental check-up. Each student was given a report summary of the diagnosed problem and recommended dental treatment. Following the motto “Prevention is better than cure” a highly interactive session was taken by the team instructions during morning assembly where in students were sensitized about the eating patterns and food choices which causes tooth decay and gum diseases and measure to prevent them. The camp was deemed successfully.

ஆடிக்காற்றில் அம்மியும் பறக்கும்
ஆடி ஆவணி ஆன புரட்டாதி
காடி தோய்த்த கனபனங் காயத்தைத்
தேடித் தேடித் தினமும் புசிப்பவர்
ஓடி யோடி யுலகெலாம் பீச்சுவர்

என்பன போன்ற பழம் பாடல்களால் ஆடி மாதம் ஆனந்தமாகக் கொண்டாடப்பட்டு வருகிறது

தேங்காய் சுடல்
சேலம், நாமக்கல், ஈரோடு மாவட்டங்களில் வாழும் மக்கள் ஆடி முதல் நாளில், தேங்காயைத் துளையிட்டு அதனுள் அரிசி, பருப்பு, வெல்லம், உடைத்த கடலை, ஆகியன இட்டு நெருப்பில் சுட்டு இறைவனுக்குப் படைக்கின்றனர்.
இது போன்ற கருத்துக்கள் எங்கள் ஆசிரியர்களால் குழந்தைகளுக்கு தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டு விழா சிறப்பாக கொண்டாடப்பட்டது.

Chess Competition
“ Champions have the ability to adopt quickly to difficult situations and overcome problems that could arrive. “
Chess is one of the game which very few can master.
An amazing chess competition was held for the ambitious students from classes to who exhibited their skill to the at most. The players showed great enthusiasm, ability to focus competitive spirit and confidence.
