A lot of times we experience stiffness in our upper back due to constantly sitting on our mobile or laptop.

Release the tension and restore mobility with these simple yogasana practices.

# Marjari asanas stretches - spinal flexion , neutral & extension movement using a chair and a block. Go slow with tge practice and hold at comfort.

# Bhujangasana stretch using a block for that cervical spine extension.

# Backbends against the wall. Keep the legs firmly rooted to the ground and a strong moolabandha as well as uddiyana bandha. Lift the chest up and drop the head back keeping the neck neutral.

# Finish with a counterpose stretch against the wall.

These are not for beginners though.
