Amidst ups and downs, with a sprinkle of joy and a dash of excitement, we have finally wrapped up our annual flagship event ROSTRA'24. Staying true to its nature, the literary festival was a conglomeration of knowledge, critical enquiry and frolic.

In the midst of fragrant zephyrs on a youthful spring evening, the extravaganza bloomed with an alluring Book fair, an exhibition of Books from our very own Litsoc Library. A large crowd of Bibliophiles gathered like vibrant butterflies in the chase of nectar and a shared love for literature sparked passionate conversations.

The next evening named ,”Shab-e-bahar”
ensued the celebrations of Literature with magnificent performances, encompassing
vibrant hues of artistic expression, infinite creativity and incredible talent. It culminated with an inspirational Speaker's Session by the renowned International writer, Alka Joshi.
The weekend maneuvered with riveting debates in Youth Parliament, sheer display of eloquence in Speaker's Dilemma, battle of wits and words in Vaak Yudh, among many other engaging contests.

ROSTRA'24 concluded its splendor with,
“Kavya Tarangini”, a poetic symposium where a plethora of emotions danced in their newfound voice, emanating from blessed writers.

As we continue on this illustrious odyssey, we are compelled to express our heartfelt gratitude to the committed team for their tireless efforts,and the participants and audience whose presence on the Rostrum of ROSTRA'24, filled bright colors into the outlines embroidered on the canvas of a beautiful chapter.

स्वलिखित कविताओं की प्रखरता को परखने के लिए रोस्ट्रा '24 प्रस्तुत करता है 'वाक युद्ध' : भावों एवं परिकल्पनाओं का काव्य-द्वंद्व।

जब-जब दो गणितज्ञों के बीच में प्रश्नोत्तरी होती है, तब- तब प्रमेय की उत्पत्ति होती है, जब-जब दो पंडितों के बीच शास्त्रार्थ होता है, तब-तब शास्त्रों का उद्भव होता है। वाद-विवाद के परिणामस्वरूप समस्याओं के समाधान सामने आए जिन्होंने मानव समाज की नींव रखी। युद्ध का यह वह मैदान है, जहाँ जंग शब्दों से लड़ी जाती है। यह वह अखाड़ा है, जहाँ हर अक्षर एक नींव है, हर शब्द एक ईमारत और हर बोल एक पहाड़ा।

यह प्रतियोगिता दो चरणों में होगी: प्रथम चरण में सभी प्रतिभागियों को मौके पर दिए गए विषय पर निर्धारित समय में अपने किसी स्वरचित कृति का प्रदर्शन करना होगा। दूसरे चरण में चयनित प्रतिभागियों को आपस में एक दूसरे के विरुद्ध 'काव्य-युद्ध' करना होगा।
