कई Parents सोचते हैं कि सारे दाँत आने के बाद brushing शुरू करनी चाहिए… लेकिन ऐसा नहीं है! 😳

🪥 पहला tooth आते ही oral hygiene शुरू करें

✨ Soft baby toothbrush इस्तेमाल करें

🦷 Fluoride toothpaste की सही मात्रा इस्तेमाल करें
