You are the right person to help you to archive your goal's....

Neil Armstrong was the 1st person
to set his foot on moon..

But,, do you know
who was supposed
to be the 1st person ?
Many don't know..

His name is Edwin C Aldarin..

He was the pilot for
the Apollo mission..
He was working for
the American Airforce..
Moreover
he had experience
of space walking,,
hence selected as the pilot..

Neil Armstrong worked
for the American Navy..
He was selected,, for
his courage,, as co-pilot..

When the Apollo mission
landed on moon,, they received
a command from NASA - "pilot first"..

But Aldarin was hesitant,,
"what will happen",,
"will I get sucked in
or will I burn out", etc.
The hesitation was
not for hours, but few seconds..

In the meantime,,
NASA sent the next command :
"co-pilot next"..

Within a second,, Neil Armstrong
put his foot on the moon,,
and became part of world history..

World history
was changed in 1 second..
Though Aldarin had
the qualification and talent,,
because of hesitation,,
he is not recognised by people..

The world remembers only
the person who comes first..
This is a good example
of how people lose out
because of hesitation & fear..
Whenever you see the moon,,
remember this..
a moment's hesitation
can sn**ch from us,,
our greatest victory !

We all have great potential in us..
the only thing that stops us
from achieving what we are
supposed to achieve is our hesitation, fear & shyness ~

Many people are shy to ask,,
shy to appreciate others,, and
some wiLL be shy
to share this message..
If we fail to do the right things,
we will most likely do
the wrong things..

Hence share the good messages..
Avoid hesitation 😊kh

Monsoon is believed to be the best time for planting trees and those working in the field strongly suggest that interested people should do it immediately after the first few showers.

The time between June-end and August is supposed to be the most appropriate as by then, the earth, which is dry and parched due to the scorching summers is able to absorb moisture and becomes more conducive for planting.

"After the first few rains the heat inside the earth is released and the conditions become suitable for planting trees. But people must make sure that they plant saplings only after three or four rainfalls,"

Be Safe in Monsoon

8 TIPS FOR SAFE DRIVING IN MONSOON SEASON

It’s that time of year again, when valley residents brace for the heavy rain, high winds, and spectacular lightning shows. During Arizona’s seasonal monsoons, getting behind the wheel can be hazardous. Slippery roads, unexpected wind gusts, flooded highways, and poor visibility all contribute to the dangers of driving in bad weather. Here’s what you can do to keep safe when you’re on the road.

1. Inspect your vehicle
Make sure your windshield wipers are working correctly, and replace cracked or poor ones. Check your tire tread: take a quarter and insert it head first into the grooves. If there is any space above Washington’s head, it’s time to replace. Replace any headlights or brake lights that are out. You want to see and be seen!

2. Allow extra time
Traffic congestion is worse in bad weather. Plan ahead and leave early so you have enough time to get to your destination.

3. Slow Down
When it rains, oil and grime on the pavement rise to the surface. Wet streets are extremely slick and slippery, making it more difficult to get traction. When you drive slowly, a greater amount of the tire’s tread makes contact with the road, giving you better traction. Drive at a steady pace and avoid jerky movements when braking, accelerating, or turning.

4. Don’t Tailgate
It takes three times longer to stop on a wet road than a dry one. Increase the distance you normally keep from the car in front of you and be alert for brake lights ahead.

5. Pull over correctly
If you decide you cannot drive safely in a severe storm, move completely off the roadway and turn your lights OFF. In poor visibility, other drivers will follow tail lights or brake lights instead of staying on the road.

6. Don’t drive through flooded areas
Only a few inches of water can move your whole car. Flooding can occur on highways and neighborhood streets within moments of a heavy downpour. Be alert for posted flood warning signs or barricades. If you drive around a barricade and become stranded in a flooded area, you will be held responsible to pay for your own rescue according to Arizona’s “Stupid Motorist Law.”

7. Downed Power Lines: Stay
If a power line comes in contact with your vehicle while you are inside, STAY in your car. Wait for help to arrive and honk the horn to attract attention. If other imminent dangers force you to leave the vehicle, do NOT touch the vehicle and the ground at the same time. You should jump out and land with both feet together. Continue to shuffle or hop with both feet till you are at least 50 feet away from your car.

8. Don’t take pictures!
Dying to capture the surreal beauty of that thundercloud or show the folks back home what a haboob looks like? Wait till you’re off the road before you snap that picture. When you’re driving, focus on the road and keep both hands on the wheel.

Being Human when it rains - 10 Simple Things you can do to help everyone stay afloat.

1. Give your maid a day off. Or if she has literally swum her way to work, make sure she has breakfast and a hot cup of tea before she starts the day.

2. Don't race your car over puddles of water on the road. You are drenching a pedestrian or a biker.

3. If your pav vala comes knocking on the door in the evening, buy something even if you don't need it. You don't know what all he has survived to get to your door.

4. Ditto for the dhobi. Think twice before sending him back empty handed.

5. Carry small food packets with you. Biscuits, bread, small eats. Give generously to those who are sweeping the streets, like it is any another day.

6. If you have decided to stay indoors and order food home, tip the delivery boys an extra something. Someone takes the showers so that you can stay warm.

7. Don't ask your rickshaw driver to race even if you are in a hurry to get somewhere. It's unsafe and unfair to him and his source of living.

8. Buy peanuts from the boys who are running from car to car in the traffic signal braving the pelting rains. It costs you....errr... "peanuts"

9. Send the peon home before you leave from work. He will have a longer commute than you.

10. Ask people around you if they need help. However random it may sound. You don't know who's home is flooded, who has been without electricity, and who struggles with commute.

This is Being Human ....😊 Happy Monsoon.
