RKS kusmura celebrated Holi with great pomp and fervour. A special assembly was conducted , in which students were told about precautionary measures to be taken while playing Holi. Students and teachers exchanged Holi greetings and sang songs. ‘Holika Dahan' ceremony, which symbolizes the victory of goodness, righteousness and devotion to God over all kinds of evil and negativity, was also organised.

PANCHAMI
To celebrate the auspicious festival of Vasant Panchami 2022 and mark the onset of spring season, RKS kusmura dedicated the day to Goddess Saraswati, the Goddess of knowledge, music, art and wisdom. Melodious chanting of Saraswati Mantra and chorus singing of Hey Sharde Maa… prayer were also a part of the puja. The teachers adorned yellow attires, as it is the colour associated with the festival and it represents light, prosperity, and optimism. Devotees – the students and the teachers - worshipped Goddess Saraswati to attain enlightenment and knowledge and to get rid of lethargy, sluggishness and ignorance, to achieve success in life.

As per the guidelines of Government of India, to ensure the safety of children and students of age group between 15-18, and provide protection to students leaving their homes to attend school, RKS kusmura
carried out awareness campaign for the parents and students to make them aware about inoculation of the age group of 15 to 18 years against COVID-19.The school got an overwhelming response from the students, who joined their hands to fight against this pandemic by getting themselves registered for the jab.
