Key Requirements:
• Position: Project Manager & Fleet Incharge & Railway Liaison officer
• Experience: 7–12 years
• Key Skills Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact on-site to coordinate daily with the NTPC Engineer-in-Charge (EIC) and align on daily movement targets.
Fleet Optimization: Maximize vehicle utilization to ensure the fleet achieves the absolute maximum number of trips per day.
Operational Control: Oversee ground-level supervisors, operators, and drivers to maintain smooth, bottleneck-free loading and transit cycles.
KPI & Performance Tracking: Monitor and report critical performance metrics, including turnaround time (TAT), fuel efficiency, trip counts, and vehicle breakdown rates.
Maintenance & Uptime: Ensure the on-site workshop team keeps the tipper/truck fleet at maximum mechanical availability.
Railway Liaisoning: Maintain strong, active relationships with South East Central Railway (SECR) officials, station masters, and siding authorities to secure timely rake placement and minimize demurrage/wharfage.
Rake Maximization: Proactively push for and manage an increased volume of rakes to match the mine's evacuation requirements.
Turnaround Optimization: Coordinate on-siding logistics (loaders, labor, and feeder trucks) to ensure a faster turnaround time (TAT) once a rake is placed
Load Management: Oversee strict compliance during wagon loading to systematically manage and reduce underloading (dead freight) and overloading (railway penalties).
Siding Works Management: Supervise all allied rake works, including siding cleaning, track clearance, and payload adjustment/trimming.
• Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 5–10 years handling railway sidings, freight booking, and liaisoning specifically within the coal/mineral sector in India.
Core Competencies: Deep knowledge of Indian Railways commercial rules, rake loading protocols, and penalty structures. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Location: Shree Tirupati Fuels, Urdana Chowk, Opposite Forest Office, Near Sai Mandir, Raigarh, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh
• Salary: Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
• Working Hours:09:30 AM to 7:30 PM
