At *Kanya Varishth Vidyalaya, Chulkana, Haryana*, we are seeing that transformation happen through meaningful and engaging learning experiences.

Through *Badey Sapne, an initiative of *InShakti Foundation*, students are getting opportunities to learn, participate, question, express, and discover their own potential.

One moment, they are learning about *Railway Safety* and understanding how small decisions can keep them and others safe.

The next, they are stepping into a role-play—speaking, performing, taking different perspectives, and finding creative ways to communicate their ideas. 🎭

What may look like a simple classroom activity is actually building something much bigger:

🤝 The ability to work with others
🧠 The habit of making responsible decisions
🚀 And the belief that their ideas matter

By bringing together *digital literacy, life skills, awareness, and value-based learning*, Badey Sapne is helping students prepare not just for their next exam, but for the world beyond school.

They are found in a student raising their hand for the first time, confidently taking a role in a play, helping a classmate, asking a question, or simply believing—

This International Youth Day, we’re not just celebrating youth — we’re celebrating their promises to themselves. 🌟

Every dream begins with a decision. Every future begins with a promise. 💫

Through our Challenge, young entrepreneurs shared one promise they are making to their future selves:

✨ I will launch a new variety of products.
✨ I will start another branch of my boutique.
✨ I will open my own salon and train others.
✨ I will grow my business across different market platforms.
✨ I will start my own Art/Crochet Class.
✨ I will gradually grow my income to ₹1–5 lakh.

These are more than just promises.

What happens when trainers become entrepreneurs for a day? 💡

The final day of the 5-Day Training of Trainers (ToT) under the Vyapower Entrepreneurship Program for Youth, a collaborative initiative by M3M Foundation and InShakti Foundation, was nothing short of inspiring.

The learning journey culminated in a hands-on Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, where our trainers transformed their ideas into real businesses.

✨ Desi Chulha brought the warmth of traditional Indian cuisine to life with freshly prepared roti, churma, dal, chokha, and chaach, celebrating authentic rural flavours.

🥗 DMKR Fruit Salad & Mojito added a refreshing twist with healthy salads and cooling mojitos—perfectly complementing the vibrant atmosphere.

From identifying customer needs and designing a business model to pricing, marketing, sales, teamwork, and customer engagement, every concept learned during the week came alive through action.

We were honoured to have Dr. Aishwarya Mahajan, Managing Trustee & President, M3M Foundation, along with Ms. Neetu Mahajan, Mr. Binujeet, Mr. Javid Mir, Mr. Aditya Shanu and the M3M Foundation team. They visited the stalls, interacted with the trainers, and encouraged them with their valuable feedback.

Representing InShakti Foundation, Mr. Deepak Malhotra, Ms. Naina Savadh, and Ms. Sapna Gupta witnessed the enthusiasm and dedication of the trainers as they showcased their entrepreneurial capabilities.

This Bootcamp wasn't just about running a stall—it was about building confidence, learning by doing, and preparing trainers to inspire the next generation of young entrepreneurs.

Day 1 of Vyapower: Training of Trainers (ToT) concluded with energy, reflection, and a shared commitment to empowering young people through entrepreneurship.

Led by InShakti Foundation in partnership with M3M Foundation, the day focused on understanding entrepreneurship as a tool for problem-solving, recognizing opportunities in everyday life, and building the self-belief required to transform ideas into action. Through interactive discussions, group activities, audio-visual learning, and self-discovery exercises, participants explored what it takes to nurture entrepreneurial mindsets among youth.

As we move forward, we are excited to continue this journey of learning, collaboration, and impact—equipping trainers to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and changemakers.

Together, we are working towards creating job creators, not just job seekers.

This Disability Pride Month, we're not just launching a program - we're unlocking possibilities.

We are proud to launch the 2nd Batch of the Vyapower Entrepreneurship Program for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) - 2026, in Collaboration with Globus Spirits Ltd., welcoming 100 aspiring Divyangjan who are ready to take the next step towards entrepreneurship.

Our journey began with an engaging orientation where participants connected with one another, explored the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and self-employment, learned about the Vyapower program, and drew inspiration from the entrepreneurial journeys of our alumni, Sonu Dubey and Vedpal, who shared how resilience, determination, and the right support helped them build successful businesses.

The session concluded with participants enthusiastically sharing their own business ideas, reaffirming our belief that there is ability in every disability.

Over the coming weeks, these aspiring entrepreneurs will strengthen their business ideas through practical learning, mentorship, and peer support. Deserving participants will also receive financial support based on their performance during the program, helping them take meaningful steps towards building sustainable livelihoods.

Every year, on 15th July, we pause to celebrate something we work towards every single day — the power of skills to change lives. 🌱

At InShakti Foundation, we've spent over a decade walking alongside India's youth and women through our programs - Vyapower, Project Poonji, Badey Sapne and Agla Kadam — turning training into livelihoods, and livelihoods into independence.

From Delhi to Daman & Diu, from classrooms to entrepreneurship, our belief stays the same: when you invest in a young person's skill, you invest in their family, their community and their future.
