My Ideology
I believe that every child has the potential and right to excel, just the required support and guidance is missing. I believe that a one’s future should not be decided by the place where he/she born, but by his/her efforts and actions. And with this ideology and beliefs in my mind, I teach 39 awesome third graders. PMC classroom with basic infrastructure, but what makes it lively and
joyful is our culture and enthusiasm to learn new things. Although my kids come from one the weakest community in Pune, but this has never deterred their desire to learn, it has never held them back from coming to school, it has never discouraged them from pursuing their quench for excellence, it has never stopped them from asking doubts, it has never deterred them from dreaming of a better and successful future. My kids worry about me and the loss of learning even if I take a single day off! My kids calls me to explain even if they take a single day off! My kids come to me and ask for more worksheets and extra classes! In a 30 min break they finish off their Tiffin box in 5 mins, so that they can ask their doubts from Bhaiya(Me)! They are very enthusiastic about their learning and understand the urgency! I am trying to create a difference in their life, trying to put them on different and better life paths.
