Even after 8months in pandemic, Mechanical Engineering students are trapping themselves in " ".

Remember, there are many skilling institutes & organisations claiming to be expert in all fields and that's not where a grad or post grad student should be enrolling.

Ideal path in my view is,

1. Explore various domains
2. Decide your own domain of interest
3. Follow appropriate company pages on LinkedIn
4. Do your own literature survey on a subject (not just google search)
5. Search for SMTEs(Subject Matter Technical Expert) in the same field & follow them on LinkedIn after checking credibility
6. Chose a TOOL as last step which is dominant in your field of interest.( Typically we make a mistake choosing TOOL first and start our journey as TOOL OPERATOR)
7. Talk to an expert of still confused.
8. Remember, you getting a certificate from any training/ skilling organisation has ZERO value in job market, don't run behind certificates.
