Well, this is not a transformation pics or rather a before/after pic.
In fact, the picture you are able to see on the right side is my current pic (Clicked today)
And the Pic on the left side is 1 year ago.
The goal from here onwards is to get back to my previous body composition.
In the last 1 year due to some or other reason, I was not able to maintain consistency and the results are in front of you.
The reason for sharing this on social media is to maintain transparency with you guys.
Social media has a mixed reputation. You can get sucked in, focus on the negative and even start
comparing your experiences to those of your friends. But if you recognize that your friends have
bad days, too, and that the world is bigger than the latest political debate, social media can
actually be a powerful tool for improving your health, and that's the main reason for me to make this post today.
In case, if you are lacking motivation or are not able to stick to the plan, set a goal for yourself and post it publicly,
you're more likely to hit your target.
Please understand you are never perfect. All that we need to do is get back on track and start showing up
each and every day.
The main reason for most of the people to fail in this department is because they are not showing up consistently.
Always remember consistency is more important than perfection.

When you go into the stress for a longer period, there is a hormone called cortisol which is a stress hormone that goes high and leads to low testosterone, low immunity, high inflammation, thyroxine goes down which inhibits insulin secretion which again leads to high blood glucose level. Consistently high blood glucose levels along with insulin suppression lead to cells that are starved of glucose. These same cells are crying out for energy, and one way to regulate is to send hunger signals to the brain. This can lead to overeating. And, of course, unused glucose is eventually stored as body fat.
Now, you can relate why we start eating all craps when we are in stress.
We need good stress in life to motivate us, to get up in the morning, to do our daily tasks. Here the stress levels go up and they come back down, which is fine.
But the problem here is with chronic stress, which goes up and stays up for a longer period which is not good for the human body because it keeps the hormone called cortisol continuously up.

You can use google to know the calories from different food.

These are indeed unprecedented times where we are fighting for the world by literally staying at home.
As the battle between the Covid continues, it's important we keep our self busy with a goal in mind especially physically for our mental health.
With all the gyms shut down I'm keeping that in mind, I'll be creating a workout plan that everyone can do from home and easy to follow diet plan considering the current situation.
