5 Day Morning Chakra Meditation Programme!

Here's a potential curriculum for a 5-day Chakra Meditation/Yoga workshop:

Day 1: Introduction to Chakra Meditation and Yoga

Introduction to breathwork and relaxation techniques

Day 2: Root Chakra - Muladhara

Explore affirmations and mantras for the Root Chakra
Day 3: Sacral Chakra - Svadhisthana

Understand the Sacral Chakra and its importance
Practice asanas and meditation techniques to activate the Sacral Chakra
Explore affirmations and mantras for the Sacral Chakra
Understand the connection between the Sacral Chakra and creativity
Day 4: Solar Plexus Chakra - Manipura

Overall, this 5-day workshop is designed to help participants develop a deeper understanding of the Chakras and how they impact our physical, mental, and emotional health. Through Chakra meditation and yoga practices, participants will learn how to balance their Chakras and promote overall well-being.

🌷🌺🌷Awaiting for the Independence ...

Once upon a time ...a king was going thru the forest ...saw a cub (baby Lion ) surrounded by various big violent animals ...he felt compassion towards the cub ..n asked his troops to save the cub from these animals ...n put in the cage and carry in kingdom ..

King was happy n satisfied by saving the cub ...and cub was given royal treat in his kingdom with all food pleasure in golden cage ...

Cub grew to lion ...and was assumed to be security strength of the kingdom in adverse condition ...

Once the kingdom was attacked by foreign enemies ...king permitted to open the cage ..so that lion can fight n defend the palace ...but lion couldn't fight ...n soon was killed ..

Reason ???? Cub never developed it's inner strength ...stamina as a lion...being in the cage (comfort zone ) .!!!

India is celebrating 70th Independence Day ..a proud moments for every Indian ..

British's ruled over us ..for 150 years ..only on our weakness ( divide n rule/ lack of unity , crave for comfort royal life etc )

Once we realised our weakness ...we came together with the tool of non violence ..unity ...strategy ..strength ..determination ..n got the freedom finally from "Britishers "

But still we are in cage !!! Golden cage ...n enjoying our life in comfort zone ...

We have to be leader to lead this world in all the way - economically ...nuclear ...education ....natural resources ..human power etc ..

This is only possible once every Indian ...yes each and every Indian comes out of the "cage " to build India as the powerful nation in the world ..

The day every Indian will have vision for his country ...we will be Independent ..

The day every Indians have compassion ...love ...for other ...we will be Independent ..

The day every Indian become financially independent ...we will be Independent ..

The day every Indian stop criticizing ..blaming ..regretting self n others ...we will be Independent ..

The day every Indian takes the responsibility of other Indian by donating his organs ..eyes ..blood ...we will be Independent ..

The day every Indian family become 100% literate ...we will be Independent ..

The day every Indian starts supporting ..respecting n giving value to the farmers ...we will be Independent ..

The day every Indian follow ancient practise of yoga ..Indian ethics ..Indian culture ...we will be Independent ..

The day every Indian take the responsibility to save n protect girl child n women in society ...we will be Independent ..

The day every Indian takes responsibility towards the nature ..environment ...protection n growth ...we will be Independent ..

The day every Indian stop encouraging corruption ...we will be Independent ..

The day every Indian deletes anger , greed , jeolosy , towards others Indians ...we will be Independent ..

The day every Indian give their valuable time in nurturing their kids n teaching them true patriotism from childhood ...we will be Independent ..

The day every Indian will adopt orphanage ..old age homes ..underprevilage people ...drought affected villages ...we will be Independent ..

The day every Indian start respecting n loving their senior old age parents ...we will be Independent ..

The day every Indian shift their focus n mentally from family development to society development ...we will be Independent ..

This independence will bring glory to the nation ...n we can rule the world ...than only we can proudly say ..blood flowing in our body is of our ancestor freedom fighter ...

Independence Day is not the day to celebrate in theatres ..
Or bushy dam eating pop corn ...it's is the day ..which comes once in 365 days ...which should be totally utilised as "charity day " or "blood donation " day ...or plantation day ...

If we contribute in the growth n welfare of the nation ...divine too returns the same contribution with interest n bonus in our personal growth n welfare ...

Khun mein mere mitti ...mitti mein mera khun ...Proud to be the son of Bharat mata !!!
