Consistency is the key.
Being healthy is simple.
Stiff leg deadlifts which a lot of people do for hamstrings is actually a glute dominant movement, hamstrings are just used as assistant muscles . Hamstring curls are the only major hamstring dominant exercise.
Major muscles worked in stiff leg dead lifts are glutes and back muscles around your spine.

Not bad after yet another break of 2 weeks
& all this on a pure vegetarian diet
100kg *3 *2 bench
One short term goal achieved, been trying since past 10 months to be there but something or the other kept me away from doing workout consistently , reached near so many times but one thing or the other happened.
It happened when least expected as I have not been working out sincerely since the start of the year.

When it comes to the shoulder workout a lot of people avoid middle delt exercise or they choose upright row which is a very high risk exercise , lateral raises on machines, cables or with dumbells are good and safer options
