- Need to stop wooden funeral, which cause max pollution
- Existing Air pollution Control systems have extremely low efficiency, ending up just 10% smoke filtering
- Smoke is leaked at the ground levels and the smoke collection system needs to be improved
- MPCB recommended 98% efficient Air Pollution Control systems, whereas NEERI has designed Air Pollution Control System with just 60% efficiency (40% will be leaked 'unfiltered')

-MPCB has failed to stop 'open funerals' where 600kg of wood is burnt in open
-MPCB as failed to use engineering calculation behind the height of the chimney required, whereas as per CPCB formula, a chimney with 2.5x height of the existing 30 meters is required.
