📃When I started my first "High-Ticket Sales Training" batch, I wasn't aware of how many types of salespeople there are. 🤷♂️ I was only familiar with the personality types and taught accordingly. Of course, students were getting results. 📈
But then, when I bought the book "GAP SELLING," one book captured my attention, and that book is "The Challenger Sale." I was already working on two projects:
High-ticket sales training 📚
Building Sales System 🏢
I knew that there was nothing to lose. I ordered the book and was happy to find some great insights and a new perspective on sales. In this book, the author mostly talked about the type of salespeople who succeed greatly in their careers, and he gave a name to that type of salesperson: "THE CHALLENGER." 💪
Here are some lines I liked most from this book: 📖💬
As per this book, Sales reps can be categorized into five types:
1️⃣💪 The Challenger: Offers a new perspective, talks about money, customizes the approach, and tactfully pressures the prospect.
2️⃣🏃 The Hard Worker: Focuses on improving their role and meeting sales goals but may not prioritize customer value.
3️⃣🐺 The Lone Wolf: High performer, not a team player, excels in selling but can be challenging to work with.
4️⃣🤝 The Relationship Builder: Patient, emotionally intelligent, goes the extra mile to build connections, and creates internal advocates.
5️⃣🛠️ The Problem Solver: Finds solutions for complex problems, involving all stakeholders.
🧲🧲🧲"The "Challenger Approach" leads to higher close rates for top performers — that's why the book's titled that way! 🚀
Here's what I found interesting from the authors' study:
🎯40% of high sales performers used the Challenger style. 🏆
🎯High performers were over 2x more likely to use a Challenger approach over any other approach. 💪
🎯More than 50% of all-star performers fit the challenger profile in complex sales. ⭐
🎯Only 7% of top performers took a relationship-building approach — the worst-performing profile. 😬

I bought this 📚 in the rainy season ☔️ when I was enjoying some biscuits 🍪 with tea. I found myself wondering how I became so successful in sales while others didn't achieve as much.
👥When I started analyzing the calls of my salespeople (who are also my students), I realized that their BASICS are weak. They don't know how to be likable 😊, and they struggle to build a magnetic personality 🧲.
So, I bought the book "How To Make Anyone Like You" by Leil Lowndes. The author wrote a lot about girls and boys, which was less relevant to sales, but I loved the book, its examples, and everything about it. I'm a fan of the author, Leil Lowndes.
At first, I thought the author was a HE😅, but later I understood that I was wrong. The author is a lady, and she has written some awesome books. I bought three of them and am sharing a summary from "How To Talk To Anyone."
👉Here are some of my favorite lines from this book: 📖
1️⃣The better you know someone, the more specific you should be in your praise. (It's PROFOUND)
2️⃣Mimicry and companionship are two powerful ways to form a connection.
Out of 92 TRICKS---These 3 tricks I liked most!
3️⃣👀 Sticky Eyes: Keep your gaze locked onto your conversation partner as if your eyes were glued together with taffy, even when they've finished speaking. Slowly and reluctantly break eye contact only when necessary.
4️⃣🤩 Epoxy Eyes: Boldly focus your attention on the individual you wish to impact, regardless of who else is speaking.
5️⃣🐴 Hans's Horse Sense: Embrace dual-track communication, monitoring your listener's reactions while expressing yourself. Just like a horse's keen instincts, you'll never miss a trick, and you'll adapt your approach accordingly.

📚 Another book on building a sales system... I believe I should read this one before:
1️⃣ "The Ultimate Sales Machine"
2️⃣ "The Sales Accelerator"
3️⃣ "Sales Management Simplified"
This book primarily focuses on your mindset for building a business, one that you can eventually sell. 💼
👉Here are some important lessons from this book: 📝
1️⃣You should always run a company as if it will last forever ♾️.
2️⃣The best businesses are sellable—even if you have no intention of cashing out or stepping back anytime soon😎.
3️⃣Once your business can run without you, you’ll have a valuable asset 📸
4️⃣If you focus on doing one thing well and hire specialists in that area, the quality of your work will improve and you will stand out from your competitors🫵
5️⃣Make sure that no one client makes up more than 15 percent of your revenue 📈
📌Conclusion: If you think that your business is truly rely on you...this book is a game changer or I can say LIFE-CHANGING for you!

😲This book has changed the way of my thinking...
I bought this book when I fell in love with "The Acceleration Formula." 📚
I was determined to learn how sales systems work and how to manage people in more detail. 📈
Then, on Amazon's recommendation, I found this gem. Without a second thought, I made the purchase. 💡
While many of the strategies in this book are geared toward large organizations, here are some valuable lessons that any startup can implement. 💼🚀
1️⃣A sales culture without goal is a sales culture without results 🎯
2️⃣Organisations don't change from the bottom by improving the skills, techniques and attitudes of their sales people. You need to transfer THE LEADERS and THE CULTURE! 😎 👏
3️⃣Installing a CRM without addressing the many underlying issues and root causes of your sales problems is akin to a couple with a marriage on the rocks deciding to have children thinking that will save their relationship 😉
4️⃣ Physical meetings are 100 times more effective than Emailing. ✉️
5️⃣A sales manager either wants to be make heroes or be the hero! 🪖
6️⃣ The successful individual sales producer wins by being as selfish as possible with his/her time. 😁⌚
7️⃣Don't give operational work to sales managers & salespeople! 👎

"I can't imagine how glad I am after reading this book. 😃 When I thought that I could come in the list of best sales trainers, I never thought that sales has 4 different parts:
Sales Hiring 🤝
Sales Training 📚
Sales Management 📈
Sales Automation 🤖
I was in my zone, believing that sales training is the best way to 10X revenue, but I was ignoring the fact that if we can't hire people with sales Superstar traits, we can't build sales superstars.
This book, suggested by my friend and now my business partner 🤝
I read this book. Not once, not twice, but thrice. 📖📖📖
I remember, I promised to Ketan that after coming back from my Dubai trip, we will work full-time to build sales and marketing systems, and this book helped us a lot in building that. 🌆💼
Here are some of the awesome parts of the book that I'm sharing with you. 🚀"
1️⃣There are a total of 5️⃣ elements you should look for in a person if you want to hire a Sales-Superstar! 💼
Coachability: The ability to absorb and apply coaching. 🧠
Curiosity: The ability to understand a potential customer's context through effective questioning and listening. 🤔
Prior success: A history of top performance or remarkable achievement. 🏆
Intelligence: The ability to learn complex concepts quickly and communicate those concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. 🧐
Work ethic: Proactively pursuing the company mission with a high degree of energy and daily activity. 💪
2️⃣Great salespeople never need to apply for a job. Finding great salespeople requires a passive recruiting strategy. 💼
3️⃣Don't hire a recruiting agency. Don't build a corporate recruiting team. Build a recruiting agency within your corporation. 🚫🕴️
4️⃣Searches on LinkedIn and the forced referral are great sources for quality passive sales talent. 🔍💼
5️⃣Heavy reliance on ride-along during the training process jeopardizes a new hire's ability to shine using her unique strengths. 🚗💫
6️⃣A "ride-along" sales training strategy is neither scalable nor predictable. 📈❌
7️⃣Defining the sales methodology enables the sales training formula to be scalable and predictable. 📊

😀I was once with .pawar_official , One of the greatest life coaches I've ever come across. He shared an incident with his client, a relationship case where a wife wanted a divorce. The conversation between them went like this:
🧑💼 Omkar: "So, why do you want to divorce him?"
👩 She: "Because he isn't listening to me and doesn't prioritize our discussions."
🧑💼 Omkar: "What do you want?"
👩 She: "I want to live in a different house, away from his mother, because her mom and I constantly clash."
🧑💼 Omkar: "Have you discussed this with your husband?"
👩 She: "Yes."
🧑💼 Omkar: "What did he say?"
👩 She: "Initially, he wasn't convinced, but after daily conflicts, he's now accepting my decision."
🧑💼 Omkar: "Well, that's good! So, what's the problem? Why are you still considering divorce?"
👩 She: (Silent***)
🧑💼 Omkar: "?????"
🤐The sentence she uttered left Omkar utterly shocked. I was equally stunned when he shared that sentence with me. The sentence was:
👉"When he can leave his mother, then he can leave me as well."
When I asked him how he resolved this case, he advised me to read these four books: 📚🤯
1️⃣Book #1: "Don't Polish Your Ignorance... It May Shine" ✨
2️⃣Book #2: "Himalayan Lust" 🏔️❤️
3️⃣Book #3: "Mind is Your Business & Body the Greatest Gadget" 💪📚
4️⃣Book #4: "Emotion & Relationships" ❤️🤝
I can't share what is included in these four books because I haven't completed all four, but their simple language, deep meanings, emotions, and stories convinced me that I made a great decision to buy these books. 📚🧠❤️
I'm thankful to Omkar for his recommendation. 🙏
In the future, I will try to share their summaries in individual posts. 📖📝🤝
I suggest everyone who wants to understand themselves and why they are here on Earth should read these books. 📚🧠🌍

🤩Got this as a gift from my friend . 🎁 Back then, I was super into learning about human psychology.
📚I'd already read some of the best books on human psychology, like "Influence" and "Master your Emotions." Plus, I was following some amazing spiritual people like Sadguru, Jay Shetty, and Tony Robbins. So, you could say I was obsessed with understanding human behavior.
🎉Then, one day, on my 24th birthday, Shubham asked me, "What should I get you as a gift?"
First, I never say no to gifts 😅 🎉. Second, the people closest to me know that I'm a book lover, especially when it comes to sales, marketing, or understanding human behavior.
📖So, Shubham knew about this book I mentioned in passing about a month earlier. He ordered it and gave it to me. And here's the kicker: This book is over 600 pages long. It's like having 4-5 books in one. It's hefty, but the knowledge, facts, and research in this book are unlike anything I've found elsewhere.
Even if I made 10 posts, I couldn't do justice to the knowledge in this book. But here are some tips that I believe will truly amaze you and change your life. 📚💡
1️⃣ “Nobody likes to believe that they are operating under some kind of compulsion beyond their control. It is too disturbing a thought.” 🤔
2️⃣ “For each weakness there is a corresponding strength.” 💪
3️⃣ “In knowing yourself, you accept your limits. You are simply one person among many in the world, and not naturally superior to anyone.” 👤
4️⃣ “This is so important to the human animal, people will do almost anything to get attention, including committing a crime or attempting su***de. Look behind almost any action, and you will see this need as a primary motivation.” 🙉🚔
5️⃣ “It is estimated that over 65 percent of all human communication is nonverbal but that people pick up and internalize only about 5 percent of this information.” 🗣️🤷
6️⃣ “So often we think that power has changed people, when in fact it simply reveals more of who they are.” 💼💡
7️⃣ “Results are important, but the way they are achieved, the process, is equally important.” 📊🏁
Make these lines a rule in your life and you'll see the difference 📈

I'm a hyperactive buyer. 📚🛒 It was night, and I bought 5 books that night. 🌙 This book "Ziglar on Selling" is one of them.
I started reading this book after 2 months, but when I started, I couldn't stop myself from completing it. 📖😄 Firstly, as you know, Zig Ziglar is an author of multiple books, and second, his every book is so long.
Like if you can read my last mentioned book "Sell Like Crazy" in 10 days, You need 100 days to complete this book of Zig Ziglar.
Anyways, this book actually shows me and breaks my biggest belief. I was a big believer of this point "Sales Is A Transfer Of Enthusiasm" I have heard this from almost all sales trainers.
I heard this unique concept in this book "Sales Is A Transfer of Emotions." 😮📊 And after reading details, I became a fan of Mr. Ziglar.
Here I'm sharing a few pointers from this book: 📝👇
1️⃣ Incredibly high percentage of people spend most of their time looking back in ANGER and forward in FEAR. 😡😨
2️⃣ 70% of all sales made between 7AM to 1PM, 20% between 1PM to 4PM, and 10% after 4PM. 🕖📈
3️⃣ Some prospects will not tell you the true objection, and some prospects will not know the true objection. 🤔❌
4️⃣ "You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great." 🚀👍
5️⃣ "You don't have to be a 'natural' to be supernatural in sales." 💫💼
6️⃣ "People don't buy for logical reasons; they buy for emotional reasons." 💔💰
7️⃣ "Your attitude, not your aptitude, will determine your altitude." 🚀🎯
7️⃣ "You don't have to be the best; you just have to do your best." 💪🏆
8️⃣ "You don't have to be pushy in sales, but you do have to be persuasive." 🗣️💼
9️⃣ "The most important persuasion tool you have in your entire arsenal is integrity." 💼🔧
🔟 "You don't have to have a great memory; you just have to remember people's names." 🧠📝
1️⃣1️⃣ The most important thing is not which system you use - the most important thing is that you have a system. 📊🗂️
👉My Suggestion: Must, must, Musttt read this book

📚 "Sell Like Crazy" completely changed the way I think about business. It's like a game-changer, similar to Russell Brunson's 'DotCom Secrets.' But what makes it special is that it's super easy to understand.
👀 I first heard about this book when I saw the author, Sabri Suby, in an interview with Dan Lok. His ads were everywhere, but what really caught my eye was the book's cover. It's bright red and has a title and subtitle that make you want to read it.
💰 So, I bought the book and told all my friends about it. I even gave it as a gift to one of my mentor.
📖 There are only two books I love to read again and again:
'How to Win Friends and Influence People' by Dale Carnegie and 'Sell Like Crazy.'
Here, I'm sharing my 10 favorite lines from this book:
1️⃣Only 4% of your activities each day drive your business forward and move the money needle. The other 96% of the things still have to get done, but it should be outsourced. 💼
2️⃣To be a truly effective entrepreneur, you must become your business's number one expert at selling. 💡
3️⃣Your work ethic is the only thing you can control in life. (MY FAVORITE SENTENCE) 💪
4️⃣Fall in love with work itself, not the results. ❤️
5️⃣The ability to write ads and marketing messages that sell is by far the most lethal money-making skill you could ever hope to acquire. ✍️
6️⃣KILLER SALES PITCH forces people to whip out their wallet and throw money at you... 💰
7️⃣Advertising is an investment that makes more money than the stock market, real estate, or anything else. Period! (IT BLEW MY MIND) 💥
8️⃣Only 3% of people are in the "BUY NOW" phase. Business owners need to build a SYSTEM to attract those 97% potential buyers. 🎯
9️⃣Enter the conversation already taking place in the customer’s mind. 💬
🔟Knowing your dream buyer changes everything – your product and service offering, your marketing strategy, value proposition, pricing, tone of your copy, what channels you advertise on, and more. 🎯🛠️
💡Conclusion: The points I've shared here are just a glimpse of what you can discover in this incredible book. I must suggest you should get your copy today!
