This journey was not only about teaching and learning it was about growing together, understanding each other, and building relationships that went far beyond the four walls of the classroom. You were not just our students; you became a part of the KCEF family — a part we will always cherish.

We have seen you enter as learners, sometimes uncertain, sometimes shy — and today, we see you leaving as confident, mature, and capable individuals, ready to take on the world. Your journey fills us with pride, and your memories fill our hearts with warmth.

Consumers are entitled to legal protection. The Consumer Commissions at District, State, and National Levels provide relief to consumers. These forums deal with the grievances of consumers regarding purchase and other issues like damaged products, malfunctioning items, delay in delivery, negligence, etc.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮-𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗖𝗘𝗙 𝗟𝗮𝘄 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗣𝗨𝗟𝗪𝗔𝗠𝗔

An intra-semester debate competition was organized at Kashmir Creative Education Foundation (KCEF) on 30th July 2025, featuring enthusiastic participation from the BALLB 1st semester students. The newly admitted students displayed great zeal and eagerness, stepping confidently into the world of legal discourse.

The motion for the debate was "Uniform Civil Code in India". Despite being new to the field of law, the participants presented insightful arguments and demonstrated commendable understanding of the topic. Their performance reflected both curiosity and a strong willingness to engage with contemporary legal issues.

The event received active support from the faculty members, who appreciated the students' efforts and encouraged their budding legal aptitude. The highlight of the event was an inspiring and eloquent address by Principal Prof. Ab Hamid Sheikh, who praised the students for their initiative and motivated them to continue pursuing academic and intellectual growth.

Such platforms aim to foster critical thinking, public speaking, and confidence among students, and the success of this event marked a promising beginning for the fresh batch of law students at KCEF.

𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝐊𝐂𝐄𝐅 𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞, 𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐦𝐚

KCEF Law College Pulwama, in collaboration with the District Legal Aid Authority (DLSA) Pulwama, organized a significant seminar on the occasion of World Population Day. The event aimed to raise awareness about the pressing issues and causes related to the rapidly growing population across the globe.

The seminar brought together students, legal professionals, and faculty members to engage in a meaningful discussion on the socio-economic and legal implications of overpopulation. The keynote speaker of the seminar was LADC Advocate Miss Uzma, who, along with other distinguished advocates, delivered insightful speeches on the challenges posed by population growth. They discussed various legal frameworks and policies relevant to population control and highlighted the need for informed public participation in addressing this global issue.

The speakers also shed light on healthcare, education, employment, and environmental concerns linked to overpopulation, emphasizing the importance of sustainable development and legal literacy in mitigating these challenges.

The law students of KCEF Law College actively participated in the seminar, demonstrating their awareness and concern regarding such crucial societal matters. Their engagement reflected a growing sense of responsibility towards contributing to legal and social reforms.

The seminar began with a warm welcome address by Prof. Ab Hamid Sheikh, Principal of KCEF Law College. In his eloquent speech, he appreciated the efforts of the District Legal Aid Authority and the participating advocates, while also encouraging students to remain proactive in understanding and addressing global legal issues.

𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚-𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐊𝐂𝐄𝐅 𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐦𝐚

An Intra-Semester Moot Court Competition was successfully conducted at the Kashmir Creative Education Foundation (KCEF), Pulwama, on 12th June 2025. The event was organized as part of the academic and co-curricular enrichment for law students, with particular focus on honing their advocacy and legal reasoning skills.

𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭

The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from the 7th Semester BA LLB students, who showcased commendable preparation and zeal. The event comprised two teams, with two speakers representing each team, thereby making the competition engaging and intellectually stimulating. The format was designed to simulate real court proceedings, offering students a practical insight into legal arguments and courtroom decorum.

The event was graced by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐙𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐝 𝐀𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐝 𝐃𝐚𝐫, a Senior Advocate at District Court Pulwama, who served as the Chief Guest and Judge for the competition. Mr. Dar expressed his admiration for the students, appreciating their ability to articulate legal arguments with clarity and confidence. He lauded the participants for showcasing their legal acumen and for their dedication to the craft of advocacy.
