Research and Presentation on Application of IT Industry in Different Areas 🧑‍💻✅

ITGS Students of DP1 had researched on application of IT in different areas and had narrowed their research to a specific area- ‘Health Industry’ and also the importance of ‘Data Privacy’ in today’s world as a part of their curriculum and have presented their understanding as a digital poster

This activity was aimed at developing “Research and Communication Skills” where students used IT tools to collect information, organize and interpret data and presented their findings thus transferring them to be better thinkers and communicators.

DP Year 2 – English A Language and Literature Activity – Understanding Text Types ✅

As part of the introductory session to the Literature component, DP Year 2 students
explored the various cover pages of Animal Farm by George Orwell. The inquiry of this
text type led to an exploration of Book (novel) Covers as visual texts foreshadowing
meaning through literary interpretations.

Two groups of students worked on the same text type (Book Covers) with same purpose, to compare the ways in which the meaning was shaped by various authorial choices; both visual and written.

Students identified the textual features of Book Covers and shared how the various choices potentially shaped the intended meaning to appeal to the audience.
Students reflected research skills and communication skills as individual team members and as a group.

Students were effective inquirers during the research and were open-minded during the group discussions and presentations while assimilating their classmates’ interpretations.

Back To School 🥳👩‍🏫

Our Students and Teachers Share about Being Back To School After the 18 months of unforeseen lockdown due to the pandemic.

At TIPS, We have implemented all safety protocols and made sure the whole experience is safe right from the moment our kids enter the bus, till they leave in the evening.

Our kids can safely utilize the state-of-art facilities at our campuses. Labs, libraries, robotics classes, performance arts classes and much more will become part of their daily routine that they were missing during the lockdown.

Back To School 👩‍🏫🥳

Every new episode of school year invariably embraces myriad of emotions and to be back in school after an unprecedented pandemic, indeed a great sight to behold.

We at TIPS are so delighted to see most of the children physically come to school. Certainly, to witness our students filled with excitement, without doubt confirmed their exhilaration about the reopening of school.

With utter elation, the children were found to be actively participating in the physical classes. This was made possible as TIPS enabled a safe environment for children to activate learning at its best!

Thermal scanning, wearing masks, hand sanitizers, physical distancing and regular disinfecting are all set to our children BACK TO SCHOOL
