Through nature walks, creative activities, plant observation, and the Green Patch plantation, they discovered that caring for the Earth begins with noticing, nurturing, and growing. 💚

From campaign trails to casting their votes, our students experienced the spirit of democracy in action!

The Student Election Campaign gave our young leaders the opportunity to share their ideas, connect with their peers, and campaign for the roles they aspired to take on. With the campaign concluded, students stepped forward to exercise their right to vote and elect their Student Body Council representatives, club leaders, and magazine editors.

More than an election, this was a lesson in leadership, responsibility, participation, and making informed choices—real-life skills that go beyond the classroom.

As the votes were cast and the results awaited, our students experienced democracy not just as a concept, but as something they could actively participate in.

🧘‍♀️✨ **Yoga for Healthy Ageing** ✨🧘‍♂️

NPS International, Chennai, celebrated International Day of Yoga 2026 by embracing this year’s theme, **“Yoga for Healthy Ageing.”**

Through age-appropriate yoga sessions, students explored the importance of spinal health, flexibility, mobility, strength, and mindfulness. From simple spinal stretches and guided meditation to the dynamic 20-step practice of Surya Shakthi, students learned how small, consistent habits can contribute to lifelong health and well-being. 🌿

The celebration also encouraged students to take the practice beyond the classroom by sharing these exercises with their parents and grandparents—reminding us that healthy ageing begins with awareness, movement, and care at every stage of life. 💫
