Islamiah Higher Secondary School, Pernambut During this period 1946-47 the strength was about 112 students. later in the year 1978 our school was upgraded to Higher Secondary school. Mr. L.S.

Alijanab Merit Haji Mohammed Ismail saheb, founded this trust in 1944, started the elementary school education, and in 1945 Haji saheb started High school from IVth form and Vth form. Our current school building was constructed in the Year 1950 - 1956 by Merit Haji saheb with his own efforts and money, without any help from outsiders. Today our school is masha allah very well managed by Merit Educ

ational Society with a strength of more than 2500 students. Merit Haji Zahoor Ahmed saheb is the Honorable Correspondent and Mr. Rafeeque Ahmed saheb is Headmaster of this School. Earlier Janab C.M. Fazlur Rahman saheb, and Janab V. Khaleel Ahmed saheb have rendered their service to our school. When we talk about IHSS, we simply can not forget the name of Janab C.M. Fazlur Rahman Saheb, who had joined our school as its Headmaster at his age of 23 and served for upliftment of our Society untill he retired from the post.

IHSS also secured State 3rd in Urdu.

We congratulate Mr. C.Mohd Ibrahim s/o Chundeli Shakeel sb, who has secured 1159/1200 marks in +2 and he is qualified for a medical seat with cutoff 197.5. And he is the first student to score 200/200 in Chemisrtry in our IHSS Pbt.
