तुलसी जयंती पर साहित्य और अभिव्यक्ति का सुंदर संगम

O.P. Jindal School, Patratu में आज तुलसी जयंती के अवसर पर “अंतर्सदनीय आशुभाषण प्रतियोगिता” का आयोजन किया गया। कक्षा 6 से 8 तक के विद्यार्थियों ने इसमें उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। नेहरू, रमन, टैगोर एवं रामानुजन सदन से तीन-तीन प्रतिभागियों ने अपनी प्रभावशाली प्रस्तुतियों से मंच को जीवंत बना दिया।
कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ कक्षा छठी ‘भाव’ के विद्यार्थियों द्वारा रामचरितमानस की चौपाइयों के सुमधुर गायन से हुआ। प्रतियोगिता के निर्णायक श्री बी.के. शर्मा रहे, जबकि कार्यक्रम का संयोजन हिंदी शिक्षिका श्रीमती आभामंडल ने किया।
इस अवसर पर विद्यालय की प्राचार्या श्रीमती संतोष चौधरी जी ने अपने संदेश में कहा कि "तुलसीदास का साहित्य हमें केवल भाषा और अभिव्यक्ति नहीं सिखाता, बल्कि जीवन-मूल्यों, संस्कारों और मानवीय संवेदनाओं से भी जोड़ता है। विद्यार्थियों को साहित्य पढ़ने के साथ उसे अपने जीवन में आत्मसात करने का प्रयास करना चाहिए।"

जहाँ साहित्य संस्कार बनता है,
वहीं मंच आत्मविश्वास गढ़ता है।
और जहाँ विद्यार्थी निर्भीक होकर बोलते हैं,
वहीं भविष्य की सशक्त आवाज़ जन्म लेती है।

*A Celebration of National Pride under the Tricolour* 🇮🇳
*OP Jindal School, Patratu observes 80th Independence Day with ‘Jai Hind’*

With reverence for our freedom fighters and pride in India’s diversity, *OP Jindal School, Patratu* celebrated the *80th Independence Day* with great dignity and patriotic spirit.

*Key Highlights:*
1. *Flag Hoisting*: Chief Guest, the Plant Head - cum- SMC Chairman *Shri Krishna Ballabh Singh Ji * hoisted the National Flag in the school premises. The National Song and the National Anthem filled the
premises with patriotism.

2. *Inter-House March Past Competition*: The parade ground came alive as *Nehru, Raman, Ramanujan & Tagore House* marched in perfect sync. Crisp steps, proud salutes, and unwavering discipline turned the field into a uniformed determination and perseverance.

🥇 *Champion: Tagore House* - Leading with pride!
🥈 *1st Runner Up: Raman House* - Marching with excellence!
🥉 *2nd Runner Up: Nehru House* - Stepping with honour!
_Kudos to Ramanujan House too for their spirited participation!

3. *Inspirational Message*: Hon’ble Chairman *Mr. Naveen Jindal Sir's* message urged students to embrace duty, character and nation-building.

4. *Cultural Performances*: Under Principal *Mrs. Santosh Chaudhary’s* guidance, students presented _“Unity & Freedom”, “Incredible India”, “Rangon Mein Basa Mera Desh”_ and choir _“Aao Desh Ka Maan Badhayen”_.

5. *Honours and recognitions*: *Tamanna Kumari (IV-A), Aanya Kumari (VI-A) & Meenu Kumari (VII-C)* were awarded for 100% attendance.

This was not just a national festival —

KARGIL VIJAY DIWAS

"They gave their today for our tomorrow."

With profound gratitude and deep patriotism, O.P. Jindal School, Patratu solemnly observed Kargil Vijay Diwas through a Special Morning Assembly commemorating the valor and sacrifice of the brave soldiers who fought in the 1999 Kargil War.

The assembly highlighted the significance of this historic victory and paid heartfelt tribute to the courage, dedication, and selfless service of the nation's armed forces. A soul-stirring patriotic song filled the campus with a sense of pride, patriotism, and gratitude, leaving everyone deeply moved.
Addressing the gathering, the Principal, Mrs. Santosh Choudhary, inspired the students with her motivating message, urging them to become responsible citizens and contribute meaningfully to the progress and development of the nation.
The programme concluded with the National Anthem, as students and teachers united in paying their heartfelt homage to the immortal martyrs of Kargil.
The O.P. Jindal School family salutes the unmatched courage, unwavering determination, and supreme sacrifice of our bravehearts. Their legacy of patriotism and valor will continue to inspire generations to come.

Every Child Has a Story. Every Story Deserves a Stage.

O.P. Jindal School, Patratu, successfully organised the Inter-House English Storytelling Competition for students of Classes I to V, representing Nehru, Raman, Ramanujan, and Tagore Houses.

A total of 32 talented participants, divided into Group A (Classes I–II) and Group B (Classes III–V), enthralled the audience with their captivating storytelling, fluent communication, expressive narration, and remarkable stage presence.

The competition showcased not only the students' language proficiency but also their imagination, creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression, making the event a true celebration of learning beyond textbooks.
We were deeply honoured by the gracious presence of Mrs. Amrita Singh, President, Jindal Ladies Club, Patratu, who inspired and motivated our young storytellers to keep reading, keep learning, and continue expressing themselves with confidence.

We also extend our sincere gratitude to our esteemed judges—Mrs. Amrita Singh, President, Jindal Ladies Club, Patratu, and Mrs. Santosh Choudhary, Principal, who judged Group B, and Mr. B. K. Sharma, who judged Group A. They evaluated each performance with fairness and impartiality and conveyed their heartfelt congratulations to all the winners and participants.

Every child who stepped onto the stage emerged richer in confidence, experience, and the courage to express ideas before an audience, making the event a memorable and enriching learning experience for all.

Today, O.P. Jindal School, Patratu solemnly commemorated the birth anniversary of the legendary freedom fighter Chandrashekhar Azad with a dignified Special Morning Assembly, conducted by the Humanities Department in collaboration with the students of Classes IX to XII.

The assembly commenced in a reverent atmosphere with an inspiring presentation on the remarkable life and legacy of Chandrashekhar Azad. His timeless thoughts and ideals resonated deeply, conveying enduring messages of courage, self-respect, patriotism, and unwavering determination.

An engaging quiz session enabled students to explore significant milestones from Azad’s life and India's freedom struggle, while a stirring patriotic song dedicated to the great revolutionary filled the campus with a profound spirit of national pride and devotion.

The Teacher's Talk, delivered by Ms Binita Pathak addressed the students encouraging them to imbibe Chandrashekhar Azad’s values of courage, discipline, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to the nation. Thereafter, the Principal, Ms Santosh Choudhary delivered an inspiring address, emphasizing the importance of discipline, exemplary conduct, moral values, and responsible citizenship, motivating students to contribute meaningfully to the nation's progress.

The programme concluded with the National Song and the National Anthem, leaving every heart inspired with renewed patriotism, a deep sense of duty, and an unwavering commitment to the ideals of the nation.

Heartfelt tributes to the immortal revolutionary Chandrashekhar Azad, whose indomitable courage, selfless sacrifice, and unwavering patriotism will continue to inspire generations of young Indians for years to come.

विचारों की शक्ति, अभिव्यक्ति का उत्सव!

14 जुलाई 2026 को ओ.पी. जिंदल स्कूल, पतरातू में कक्षा I–II के विद्यार्थियों के लिए कविता वाचन प्रतियोगिता तथा कक्षा VI–VIII के विद्यार्थियों के बीच अंतर्सदनीय वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता का सफल आयोजन हुआ।

"विद्यार्थियों के समुचित भविष्य का पैमाना उनका व्यावहारिक कौशल है, न कि परीक्षा में अर्जित अंक" विषय पर प्रतिभागियों ने पक्ष-विपक्ष में प्रभावशाली तर्क प्रस्तुत किए। दो चरणों में आयोजित इस प्रतियोगिता ने विद्यार्थियों की अभिव्यक्ति, तार्किक चिंतन और आत्मविश्वास को नई ऊँचाइयाँ दीं।

विद्यालय के प्राचार्य श्री गुरु दत्त पाण्डेय जी ने विद्यार्थियों का उत्साहवर्धन करते हुए जीवन-कौशल आधारित शिक्षा के विभिन्न पहलुओं के महत्व पर बल दिया।

कहानियों ने जगाई कल्पना की उड़ान!

ओ.पी. जिंदल स्कूल, पतरातू के प्राईमरी विंग में आयोजित "कहानी वाचन प्रतियोगिता" ने नन्हे कथावाचकों की अभिव्यक्ति, आत्मविश्वास और सृजनात्मकता का मनमोहक परिचय कराया। हर प्रस्तुति ने शब्दों को जीवंत कर दिया।
प्रतियोगिता के दौरान बच्चों ने न केवल अपनी भाषा कौशल का प्रदर्शन किया, बल्कि मंच पर आत्मविश्वास के साथ अपनी बात रखने की कला भी सीखी।
इस अवसर पर विद्यालय के प्राचार्य श्री गुरुदत्त पाण्डेय जी ने अपने संदेश में कहा कि—"कहानियाँ केवल मनोरंजन का माध्यम नहीं, बल्कि संस्कार, संवेदना और सशक्त अभिव्यक्ति की आधारशिला हैं। ऐसे मंच बच्चों में आत्मविश्वास, कल्पनाशक्ति और प्रभावी संप्रेषण कौशल का विकास करते हैं।"

Financial Literacy Awareness: Empowering Young Minds Through Financial Literacy!

Inspired by this thought-provoking quote, O.P. Jindal School, Patratu conducted a Financial Literacy Awareness Session for the students of Classes VI–XII under the able guidance of Shri Gurudutta Pandey, Principal, as part of the NCFE Money Smart School Programme.

The initiative aimed to foster financial awareness among students and equip them with essential life skills for making informed financial decisions from an early age. The interactive session encouraged them to understand the importance of financial planning, cultivate the habit of saving wisely, appreciate the role of banking in everyday life, and become responsible users of modern digital banking services. Students were also inspired to take their first step towards financial independence by opening their own bank accounts and developing prudent financial habits.

The session concluded with the message that financial literacy awareness is not merely about managing money—it is about making informed decisions, becoming financially responsible, and building a secure and confident future.
