वर्ष 2025 भारत के विधायी इतिहास (Legislative History) के लिए एक क्रांतिकारी वर्ष रहा है। यहाँ संसद द्वारा पारित किए गए प्रमुख अधिनियमों का संक्षिप्त विवरण दिया गया है:

1. बीमा संशोधन अधिनियम, 2025 (सबका बीमा सबकी रक्षा अधिनियम)

बदलाव: बीमा क्षेत्र में प्रत्यक्ष विदेशी निवेश (FDI) की सीमा 74% से बढ़ाकर 100% कर दी गई है।

उद्देश्य: "2047 तक सभी के लिए बीमा" के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करना और विदेशी निवेश को आकर्षित करना।

2. वित्त अधिनियम, 2025

ऑनलाइन विज्ञापनों पर लगने वाले 6% डिजिटल टैक्स (Equilization Levy) को समाप्त कर दिया गया है।

The following sites and traditions were recognized across various UNESCO categories, strengthening global preservation and cultural identity.

1. UNESCO World Heritage List (2025)

India: Maratha Military Landscapes

* Inscribed during the 47th Session of the World Heritage Committee in Paris.

* This includes a network of 12 strategic forts built between the 17th and 19th centuries (e.g., Raigad, Shivneri, Sindhudurg in Maharashtra, and Gingee Fort in Tamil Nadu).

* Significance: Recognized for extraordinary military engineering, mountain architecture, and strategic use of terrain.

Global: Khmer Rouge Genocide Sites (Cambodia)

* Recognized as Cambodia’s first modern conflict-related heritage site, focusing on peace education and the "duty to remember."

2. UNESCO Tentative List (New Additions)

I. India-Centric Operations (National & Humanitarian)

1. Operation Sindhur:

Launched following the Pahalgam terror attack that claimed 26 civilian lives. This operation targeted nine terror camps located in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu & Kashmir (PoJK).

2. Operation Shiva 2025:

Conducted to ensure the smooth and secure conduct of the Shri Amarnath Yatra in Jammu and Kashmir.

3. Operation Abhyas:

I. भारत-केंद्रित अभियान (राष्ट्रीय और मानवीय)

1. ऑपरेशन सिंदूर

पहलगाम आतंकी हमले में 26 नागरिकों की मौत के बाद भारत ने ऑपरेशन सिंदूर शुरू किया। इस ऑपरेशन में पाकिस्तान और पाकिस्तान अधिकृत जम्मू-कश्मीर (पीओजेके) में स्थित नौ आतंकी शिविरों को निशाना बनाया गया।

2. ऑपरेशन शिवा 2025

जम्मू और कश्मीर में श्री अमरनाथ यात्रा के सुचारू संचालन को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए यह अभियान चलाया गया था।

3. ऑपरेशन अभ्यास

ऑपरेशन अभ्यास गृह मंत्रालय के तहत आयोजित एक राष्ट्रव्यापी नागरिक सुरक्षा मॉक ड्रिल थी। इस अभ्यास का उद्देश्य आपातकालीन तैयारियों, बचाव अभियानों, अग्नि सुरक्षा, निकासी और जन जागरूकता पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना था।

4. ऑपरेशन सर्द हवा

अमेरिका ने ईरान के फोर्डो, नतान्ज़ और इस्फ़हान स्थित परमाणु संयंत्रों पर हमला करने के लिए ऑपरेशन मिडनाइट हैमर चलाया।

3. ऑपरेशन ट्रू प्रॉमिस 3 (ईरान)

ईरान ने इजरायल द्वारा अपने परमाणु और सैन्य बुनियादी ढांचे पर किए गए हमलों के जवाब में इजरायली शहरों के खिलाफ मिसाइल अभियान शुरू किया।

4. ऑपरेशन राइजिंग लायन (इजराइल)
