Saturday, 22/10/2022 has been a day filled with lights, colours, enthusiasm, piousness and much more in Dr D Ram DAV Public School, Gola Road, Patna. The day began with a special assembly in which dance on Diwali by the pre primary students enthralled all. All were drenched in the air of piousness when the school choir presented Chhath songs. Thereafter, students of every class prepared Rangolis on different themes. They also prepared beautiful Torans and cute Lanterns. The jury was mesmerized to see the deep involvement of students in the activities. An aura of festivity was overflowing in the whole school campus. The Principal Dr Bijay Kumar Sahu thanked all the students and teachers for their constructive participation. He gave his good wishes to students, teachers, parents and all in the society.

Dr. D. Ram DAV Public School celebrated the 73rd Republic Day in the school campus with great enthusiasm on 26 January, 2022. The whole school was decorated with the colors of the Indian flag. Due to the prevailing circumstances students didn't join the celebration physically but they joined it virtually through the online mode. All the teachers and the non teaching staff participated physically and made this celebration a great success.
The flag hoisting was done at 9:00 am by the principal, Dr Bijay Kumar Sahu. The whole school was overflowing with the words of the national anthem. He addressed the students through online mode and conveyed his heartiest gratitude to all our freedom fighters. He said that all should understand their duties towards our motherland and do all our work with utmost honesty and sincerity. Contributions of each Indian is needed to add on to the glory of India. He made students aware about the importance of 26th January in the Indian history and also conveyed the beauty of our constitution.

Inculcating the feeling of secularism in our students, a celebration was organized on 24.12.2021 to welcome the new year and spread the joy of Christmas.
Students came up with their creative and art skills and understood the importance of spreading joy all around.
