Mother's Day is celebrated to honour and appreciate mothers for their love, care, and sacrifices. In India and many other countries, it is observed on the *second Sunday of May* every year.

Mothers are our first teachers and strongest support. They guide us, protect us, and shape our values with endless patience. This day is a reminder to express gratitude for all that they do, not just through gifts, but through respect, time, and love.

A mother’s love is unconditional. No matter how much we thank her, it will always be less. As the saying goes, *"God could not be everywhere, so he created mothers."*

अक्षय तृतीया हिंदू और जैन धर्म का एक पवित्र पर्व है, जो वैशाख मास के शुक्ल पक्ष की तृतीया तिथि को मनाया जाता है। ‘अक्षय’ का अर्थ है जिसका कभी क्षय न हो, अर्थात जो सदा बना रहे।

इस दिन को अत्यंत शुभ माना जाता है। मान्यता है कि आज के दिन किए गए दान, जप, तप और शुभ कार्य का फल कभी समाप्त नहीं होता। इसी दिन भगवान परशुराम का जन्म हुआ था, त्रेता युग का आरंभ माना जाता है और महर्षि वेदव्यास ने महाभारत का लेखन प्रारंभ किया था।

परंपरागत रूप से लोग इस दिन सोना-चांदी खरीदते हैं, नया व्यवसाय शुरू करते हैं और दान-पुण्य करते हैं। अक्षय तृतीया हमें सकारात्मक शुरुआत, उदारता और शुभ संकल्पों का संदेश देती है।

A Food Fest was organized at JBM Public School to promote cultural diversity, teamwork, and entrepreneurship among students. Classes set up colorful stalls featuring regional and international cuisines prepared by students with the help of parents and Teachers.
The fest provided students with hands-on learning in planning, budgeting, and hospitality while creating a lively atmosphere of sharing and celebration.
