He is ­the chairman of the company. He was working as Physics Lecturer, selection grade, in St. Thomas College, Thrissur. He passed B.Sc with First Rank M.Sc with 3rd rank from Kerala University and joined St. Thomas college in 1965. He was considered as one of the best teachers in the college. He took voluntary retirement in 1997 and concentrated in conducting coaching classes. The number of students increased to several thousands and he decided to form a private limited company for better management. He continues to teach and his classes are much appreciated and he is the backbone of Physics Dept. AJITH KUMAR RAJA M.SC
He is the deputy chairman of the company. He is a partner of Sakthan Thampuran College of Mathematics and arts and other educational institutions for the past 26 years. Immediately after completing his M.Sc, he started teaching students prompted by his teacher Prof. M.K. Menon (HOD of Physics Dept, St. Thomas College at that time). Within a span of about 25 years, the number of students studying under him has grown from a single student to several thousands. The total number of his students is more than 1.5 lakh in these years. He can teach school students as well as Post graduate students with the same ease. He is a scholar in Vedic Mathematics. The Mathematics Dept. of the Company is headed by him. His motivation and counselling classes draw thousands of students in several places, including Business Management Schools, Engineering Colleges etc. JOJU MELAYIL THARAKAN M.B.A. He is the Managing Director of the company. He is a partner of Sakthan Thampuran College for the past 24 years along with Mr. Ajith Kumar Raja. The entire administration of the company is under his efficient guidance. His quest for knowledge has prompted him to prepare for a degree in Psychology. Our classes in Thrissur are conducted in rented buildings, belonging to the owners of the company or their spouses. Classes in Palakkad are conducted mostly in a Building owned by the company covering an area of more than 15,000 sq. ft on a 25 cent plot in the heart of Palakkad Town. The company owns another 47 cents in prime locality for future expansion.
