Online and Offline programs to make your teenager Future Ready.

Gratitude to edu leaders parents and participants for making WCI YCP India's largest Future Ready and Entrepreneurial Skills program.

Year 2025

We chose to be quieter.

Our results and impact did all the talking. Our participants became our Brand Ambassadors.

When we started, we did not compete for loud attention.

We competed for something far rarer- building real future ready skills, creating impact and trust over time.

Our Thought leadership led our efforts.

We are extremely grateful to the Policy Makers, Esteemed Visionaries, Educators, our team members, Parents and Progressive students who chose us and made WCI YCP India’s largest and most impactful Future Ready and Entrepreneurial Skills program.

Moving into 2026 with bigger dreams and more impact to be created.

The future will be built by those quietly showing what’s relevant - again and again.

That’s the bet we made.

And we’re still compounding.

When Purpose Meets Vision 🇮🇳

Samaresh Shah, Founder of White Canvas India – Young CEOs Program (WCI YCP), had the rare honour of meeting three of India’s most inspiring leaders — Chief of Defence Staff, General Shri Anil Chauhan, H.H. Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia, and Shri Vikram Misri — during the WCI YCP Product Presentation.

Each of these leaders embodies values deeply aligned with the vision of WCI YCP:

🔹General Shri Anil Chauhan – Symbol of discipline, leadership, and service before self. His life reflects the resilience and commitment that WCI YCP seeks to instill in young creators — to think strategically and act with integrity.

🔹 Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia – A leader known for adaptability, modernisation, and forward-looking governance. His journey mirrors our focus on nurturing young minds who embrace change and lead transformation with confidence.

🔹 Shri Vikram Misri – Represents strategic vision and global perspective. His role in shaping India’s foreign policy resonates with WCI YCP’s mission to raise globally aware youth rooted in Indian values.

Together, their presence reaffirmed the core purpose of WCI YCP — to create a generation of disciplined, innovative, and nation-first young leaders committed to building a Viksit Bharat.

🎯 **Not Scored 90%? Let's Celebrate You!** 🎉

In a world obsessed with marksheets, **Teenagers of India** is here to say something bold:

📢 *You don’t need a 90%+ score to be worthy of celebration!*

Every year, during board results season, we see endless praise for toppers—and yes, they deserve it. But what about the millions of students who may not have hit 90%, yet are:
✨ Building startups
🎨 Creating art
🏏 Breaking records in sports
💡 Dreaming big
💪 Bouncing back from failure with courage

We want to shift the spotlight. Because *marks don’t define potential*. Effort does. Grit does. Kindness, creativity, leadership—*these matter too*.

So this year, we’re launching a small movement:

🧡 Let's **celebrate every student** who didn’t score above 90%, but is still giving life their 100%.

🔁 Help us make this a new kind of celebration.

Entrepreneurship isn’t just about starting companies.

It’s about the will and determination to get things done—no excuses, no waiting for the “perfect time.”

It’s about turning ideas into action, setbacks into comebacks, and challenges into stepping stones.

In its essence, entrepreneurship is a mindset.

Not just for founders, but for anyone who dares to do more, lead more, and build better.

Gratitude to the vision of Saurav Sinha, Principal - Mayo College, Ajmer.

The appropriate amount of technology use for teenagers depends on various factors, including their age, the purpose of the technology use, and its impact on their physical and mental health.

Watch a very insightful conversation with Mr.Ajay Singh Principal- The Scindia School, Gwalior and SAMARESH SHAH Shah, Founder- White Canvas India.

Here are some key considerations:

1. Balanced Screen Time
Key Factors: Focus on quality over quantity. Using technology for learning, creating, or connecting with others is more valuable than passive consumption, like scrolling social media or binge-watching shows.

2. Purposeful Use
• Educational Use: Technology is essential for studying, research, and skill-building. Teenagers should prioritize these activities over entertainment.

• Social Connection: Moderate use of technology for connecting with friends and family can be healthy, especially for teens who struggle with in-person interactions.

3. Physical and Mental Health
• Avoid Sedentary Lifestyles: Excessive screen time can lead to a lack of physical activity, poor posture, and even sleep disturbances. Encourage teens to balance tech use with outdoor activities and exercise.
• Mental Health Risks: Excessive social media use has been linked to anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. It's important to monitor their emotional well-being and ensure they’re engaging in positive online interactions.

4. Quality Over Quantity
• Encourage Active Engagement: Using technology for creativity (like coding, designing, or video editing) is more beneficial than passive activities.
• Avoid Multitasking: Discourage simultaneous use of technology during meals, study time, or social interactions.

5. Setting Boundaries
• Tech-Free Zones: Create spaces or times where technology is not allowed, such as during meals, one hour before bedtime, or in bedrooms.
• Digital Detox: Encourage regular breaks from screens, especially during weekends or vacations.

Key take aways:
• Educate teens about cybersecurity, privacy, and the importance of using technology ethically and responsibly.
• Encourage them to think critically about what they see online and avoid excessive exposure to misinformation or negative content.
