An honest effort to help people find a peaceful and enjoyable recourse to fight negativity, self-doubt and stress by leveraging the power of "Dance as a Therapy." Indian Dance movement therapy (DMT) works on a simple logic that "Our body's motions and emotion are interrelated". If we will dance on our Indian traditinal Shloks then those dance moves will definitely give a positive impact on our mind in times of COVID-19. We will also keep Natyashastra's Nav ras in mind so that we can use them creatively for healing of emotions. Our traditional dance movements help individuals achieve emotional, cognitive, physical, and social integration.
