It's time to smash the silence of Menstruation!

This menstrual Hygiene Day, our team talked to different kinds of groups (for instance a group of girls, a complete family, a group of boys) at CP, Delhi
It was very surprising to see the reaction of people where a group of girls felt little shy but a group of boys talked openly about menstruation and in the family scenario, an adolescent who knew everything but still hesitated and neglected the whole talk.

The jaw dropping MYTHS and FACTS discussed in the Baithaks normalised the topic of MENSTRUATION in such a way that people shared views and ideas in respect of it, who earlier used to crush it or felt ashamed to talk about. This however empowers women in the society.

Gradually, Hug With Warmth is in the process of bridging ignorance and silence to awareness and empowerment.

So, Hug With Warmth commenced its journey to break one of the biggest taboos of the country Menstruation with our Chupi Todo Baithak at Indian Habitat Center, Lodhi Road.

Jaw dropping myths and facts were discussed to aware people, which eventually resulted in a success and everyone decided to communicate freely on this topic with their friends and family.

For this National Youth Day, we urge you all to come out of your homes and join us at Munshi Memorial Hall to know how the youth of this nation are aiding in nation's development and how you can help in taking it to the next level.
