The Global Forum for Responsible Recruitment (GFRR) is a thought leadership platform for accelerating the responsible recruitment of migrant workers around the world, in line with the Employer Pays Principle.
Institute for Human Rights and Business - IHRB in partnership with different partners each year convene a global ecosystem and marketplace – global brands, suppliers, recruitment agencies, governments, employers and employer’s organisations, workers and workers’ organisations, intergovernmental and civil society organisations – to take stock, nurture ideas, foster engagement, and inspire action.
This year the Forum will be a partnership between IHRB, Aim-Progress, and Stronger Together.
The Forum will bring together leading experts, practitioners, policymakers, and stakeholders from around the world to discuss and advance the agenda for the responsible recruitment of migrant workers.
This year’s Forum will focus on three themes:
1. Presenting concrete tools for responsible recruitment
2. Protecting the rights of women migrant workers
3. The recruitment challenges in key migration corridors.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Global Forum for Responsible Recruitment 2024.
