The Indian Express covers a story on present working conditions of the Courts dealing with Section-138, Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 in the National Capital.
It also covers the reasons of failure of Digital Courts, causes delaying justice and the way forward to tackle it.
Paras Jain, WHIP Founder, has also given two suggestions to tackle the delay:
1. No adjournment rule.
2. Permit accused to give evidence on affidavit as done in civil case.
Whistle For Public Interest- WHIP invites application for physical internship for January and February, 2025.

Whistle For Public Interest- WHIP invites applications for of one week (12th to 17th December, 2022)
Under this program, a batch of 10 Law Students will get the opportunity to visit District Court, Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India.
This internship program will enable law students:
1. to observe the on-ground litigation of original and appellate jurisdictions (both civil and criminal sides).
2. to understand the judicial hierarchy from bottom to top.
3. to experience the practical application of different laws.
4. to interact with judges and advocates.
5. to understand the importance of a law student in law school.
