'Charity begins at home' completely suits the Interactors of Adarsh public school who came alive with the essence of this virtue by collaborating with class viii students and carried forward the next leg of the Roti Project for the class iv employees of the school

The quality of charity could easily be tracked through their eyes when they brought about a smile on the faces of the members of the staff.
The spirit of Navratras was also kept alive as seasonal fruits were handed over to those maids and drivers who were following the rituals of fasting

The humble ,they say ,lead by example that may not be worth a million dollars but can bring about a few smiles and make a big difference.
Big things have ,after all ,small beginnings.❤️

Prasthavana 2017

Interactors from Adarsh Public School got a golden opportunity to attend the glamorous event of Prasthavana which was the orientation ceremony of the Rotaract Club of New Delhi. New members were included on this day and given a basic training of what Rotaract is all about. We were able to inculcate habits of better understanding and organisational skills since after a level of education we are now stepping into the arms of Higher Education. We graced the occasion by performing a street play or Nukkad Natak on Dowry and were appraised a lot by Rotaractors and the Rotarians. It was a great event and a good learning opportunity for the Interactors.

To ensure the moto 'Service Before Self', Interact Club of Adarsh Public School did its part. Food items were collected for flood victims. Students were made aware about the circumstances of the flood affected areas. They were encouraged to contribute their part by donating food items like pulses, rice etc. A whooping response was recieved as a number of cartons got filled with rice and pulses each. More than 250 kgs of food supplies were collected. Also other items like salt, biscuits, flour etc. were also donated by the students. It was a collaborative project with Goonj Organisation.

Today, the enthusiastic interactors along with board committee, started the new interact session with witnessing the glorious Pravaah - DILA 2016 - 17 ceremony held at Apeejay School Shiekh Sarai. Where various highly respected rotarians and rotaractors as well as DG N. Subramanian, guided us towards how to lead by an example. All office bearers were broken in different sessions and guided with skills to enhance their sense of responsibility and selflessness towards interact and fellow interactors. Interactors were grateful to attend such an aspiring seminar.

Carrying forward the tradition of Interact Club of Adarsh Public school Vikas puri our interactors tied up the rakhis to the soldiers on the eve Raksha bandhan, encouraging the bond love and sacrifice between brothers and sisters. Thanking the soldiers for protecting the country first, interactors celebrated a blissful festival.

Interact Club of Adarsh Puclic School, in collaboration with Rotaract Club of New Delhi (Rotary District 3011) donated nearly 500 books to support and set-up a library in the Govt. Sarvodaya co-Ed Sr. Sec. School , B1 Block, Janak Puri.
