Known as CRITERIA up until 2002, ETAMAX is the intercollegiate techno-cultural fest of FCRIT, Vashi. Over the past decade, it has grown to become one of the biggest and most eagerly awaited college fests in Navi Mumbai with thousands of students participating each year. FCRIT’s achievements in this span of time can be attributed to its innovative spirit, its will to excel, and, to a great extent,
the relationship it has developed with the society. It has seen celebrities like Shankar Mahadevan and Aditya Narayan in attendance. With ETAMAX ’16 we are set to totally reinvent the countenance of our college fest, making it bigger and better than ever before! The fest aims to create a unique platform to promote our undergraduate students to interact with the industry and gain expertise through our technical workshops and competitions, which attract students from all over the state. The students will get a chance to understand and affiliate themselves with the industry and the industry will be able to tap the potential of students from one of the best engineering colleges of the city. ETAMAX ’16 is expected to bring to the college major performers in diverse fields such as comedy as well as top musicians in the industry for our latest addition, concert night. A number of workshops have been arranged to be conducted by specialists and leaders of industry. Being a youth festival, ETAMAX is set to target the youth and tries to bring up various social issues through events such as the street play competition. Keeping in mind the changing times, and the large influence of feminism on our youth, female exclusive events such a self defense workshop have been organized. As the name suggests, ETAMAX allows the participants to explore their limits and expand their horizons in an attempt to attain Maximum Efficiency!
