Responsibility:
Researching and understanding the Science of Learning by reading pedagogy related research work, analyzing EFPL’s rich student response data, conducting student interviews and interacting with teachers to figure out how children think and learn.
We are looking for experienced and passionate teachers who can create content delivery strategy for students from 5th Std to 10th Std
Design strategic approach for the development and ex*****on of different content / topics (Academics)
End to end delivery model planning.
Design impact analysis.
Plan curriculum overview for NCERT programmes and products(covering CBSE, ICSE & IB)
Publish papers in international education journals and presentations at TEDx type events
Create content for lesson plans, worksheets, training, assessment, blog posts and newspaper articles
Conduct research in the PhyGital education space to identify best practices (procedure, material, technique) and business opportunities

Skills and Specifications

Versatile teaching skills with innovative approach
Well versed in NCERT content with the knowledge about different boards.
Problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Need to be dynamic and flexible in timings.
Good knowledge on reporting and presentation platforms
Prior Experience in EduTech Segment is preferred
Graduate, Post Graduate with 15 Years of Experience in Education domain, Masters & PhD preferred.
Need to have an idea about current market players and products.
Fair component of data mining, data analysis in Excel is preferred.
Optional: Some work in SQL programming
