Our school celebrated Graduation Day with joy and excitement. 🎓 The program featured lively dance performances, including a boys’ welcome dance and a colorful Punjabi Gidda by the girls. Some students also gave short speeches, thanking teachers and parents and sharing happy school memories. The celebration concluded with applause, smiles, and cherished memories. 👏🌸

National Science Day was celebrated enthusiastically at MES Vidya Mandir for students of Classes V to VIII. A Science Quiz Competition was organized to promote scientific knowledge and encourage students to develop curiosity and a scientific attitude with four teams – Clever Cup, Lightning Learners, Knowledge Kettle, and Brain Builders. was organized
The competition included various rounds that tested the students’ knowledge, teamwork, and scientific thinking skills. All the teams participated actively and showed great enthusiasm.
After an exciting and competitive session, Lightning Learners emerged as the winning team. The Principal Madam Mrs Shubhangi Shinde announced the winning team and congratulated the students for their excellent performance. She also appreciated the efforts of all the participants and encouraged them to continue exploring the field of science.
Class 3 students impressed everyone by demonstrating simple machines. They explained how a lever works using a stapler as an example, showing how simple machines make our work easier.
The celebration was informative, exciting, and inspiring for everyone. It truly highlighted the importance of science in our daily lives.

२७ फेब्रुवारी रोजी एम.ई.एस. विद्या मंदिर येथे मराठी भाषा दिन उत्साहात व आनंदात साजरा करण्यात आला. संपूर्ण विद्यालय परिसरात मराठी भाषेचा अभिमान आणि उत्साहाचे वातावरण निर्माण झाले होते.

कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचालन आरुष झांबले आणि दूर्वा चव्हाण यांनी अतिशय सुंदर व आत्मविश्वासपूर्ण पद्धतीने केले. कार्यक्रमाची सुरुवात इयत्ता पाचवीच्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी मराठी प्रार्थना, प्रतिज्ञा आणि सुविचार सादर करून केली. त्यानंतर सुचिका परिहार यांनी मराठी भाषा दिनाविषयी विशेष माहिती दिली. आरुष झांबले यांनी “मराठी दिवसाचे महत्त्व” या विषयावर प्रभावी आणि प्रेरणादायी भाषण सादर केले.

इयत्ता सहावीच्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी महाराष्ट्र गीत
सादर करून उपस्थितांची मने जिंकली. इयत्ता पहिली व दुसरीच्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी विविध ऐतिहासिक आणि सांस्कृतिक वेशभूषा सादर करून कार्यक्रमात रंगत आणली. इयत्ता तिसरी व चौथीच्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी श्लोक आणि अभंग सादर केले.

इयत्ता पाचवीच्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी मराठी गीत, सहावीच्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी मारुती स्तोत्र, सातवीच्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी संवाद आणि आठवीच्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी सुंदर कविता सादर करून कार्यक्रमाची शोभा वाढवली. क्रीडा शिक्षकांनी स्वतः तयार केलेली ‘मैत्री’ या विषयावरील कविता सादर करून सर्वांचे मन जिंकले.

कार्यक्रमाचा समारोप आरुष झांबले यांच्या आभार प्रदर्शनाने झाला. सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांनी मोठ्या उत्साहाने सहभाग घेतला आणि मराठी भाषेचा अभिमान व्यक्त केला. असा हा मराठी भाषा दिनाचा कार्यक्रम अत्यंत यशस्वी व संस्मरणीय ठरला.

A CBSE Training Program on National Education Policy 2020 was successfully conducted at MES Vidya Mandir on 21.02.2026.
The program was open to all educators and aimed at creating awareness and deeper understanding of the reforms introduced under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

The session was led by distinguished resource persons, Dr. Jyothy Ramachandran and Mr. Rajkumar Kanojiya, who provided valuable insights into the key features of NEP 2020.
The speakers emphasized the importance of transforming traditional classroom practices to align with the vision of NEP 2020, focusing on critical thinking,multidisciplinary learning, skill development,
competency-based education, holistic development of students, and the integration of technology in teaching-learning processes.
The interactive session allowed participants to clarify their doubts and share their perspectives.

The program proved to be highly informative and enriching, equipping educators with better clarity and motivation to implement the principles of NEP 2020 effectively in their institutions.

Republic Day Celebration 2026

On January 26th, M.E.S. Vidya Mandir, Belapur celebrated Republic Day with great enthusiasm.

The event began with the unfurling of the national flag followed by the flag song &
Patriotic songs followed by the March Past of students 6 to 9, led by a distinguished guest Mr. Satish Narayan Gangurde, the founder of New Oxford tech Computer Institute. The students' drill team of std 5 & 6 impressed everyone with their precision and discipline.

The Surya namskar performance by the students of Std 4 & 5 were a highlight, showcasing their flexibility and teamwork.

Ghosh Pathak entertained the audience with his energetic routine.

The Pre-Primary section stole hearts with their adorable fancy dress, depicting various patriotic themes.

The students Kumari Bhavika koli from std 9 and teachers delivered inspiring speeches, highlighting the significance of Republic Day and the importance of the Indian Constitution.

The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to everyone involved in making the celebration a success.

Shiv Jayanti Celebration
The birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was celebrated with great enthusiasm and pride in M.E.S Vidya Mandir, Belapur through a special morning assembly.
The programme began with a brief introduction highlighting the importance of the day. Students presented a beautiful speech describing the life, courage and bravery of Shivaji Maharaj. A detailed presentation on his leadership, administration and inspiring values was shared, which helped students understand his contribution to Swarajya.
Traditional powadas were sung by students, creating a patriotic atmosphere in the assembly. Students also shared interesting information about the forts of Shivaji Maharaj that are included in the UNESCO World Heritage list. Teachers offered a floral tribute to Shivaji Maharaj and addressed the students, encouraging them to follow his ideals of courage, honesty and respect for the nation.
The stories of Maharaj’s bravery and wisdom deeply inspired the students. The programme concluded with a message to adopt discipline, self-confidence and love for the country in daily life. The celebration was informative, motivating and memorable for everyone present.

M.E.S Vidya Mandir School, Belapur actively participated in the Plastic and E-Waste Recyclothon conducted by the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation.

On the occasion of Republic Day, the school was felicitated by the Navi Mumbai Municipal Commissioner. A Participation Certificate and a bench made from recycled plastic, in recognition of its valuable contribution towards this noble environmental cause will be given to the school.
