Podar Trust Celebrates 105 Years of Legacy and Service

The 105th Foundation Day of The Anandilal Podar Trust, Nawalgarh was commemorated with reverence and pride at the Dr. Ramnath A. Podar Auditorium, coinciding with the 116th birth anniversary of the late Dr. Ramnath A. Podar.

The ceremony was graced by Nawalgarh Tehsildar Mr. Sitaram Kumawat as Chief Guest, with Mr. Kailash Chotia, Dr. Dayashankar Jangid, Mr. Shrikant Murarka, and Mr. Ravindra Purohit as Special Guests. The event was presided over by Executive Director Mr. M. D. Shanbhag.

The program began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and floral tributes to Goddess Saraswati and the portrait of Dr. Ramnath A. Podar.
Dr. Satyendra Singh, Principal of Podar College, delivered the welcome address and paid homage to the visionary leader whose values continue to guide the institution.

Speakers highlighted the Trust’s century-long contributions to education, healthcare, sports, social service, and regional development, emphasizing its transformative impact on the Shekhawati region. The presence of international students at Podar College was cited as a testament to the Trust’s global educational relevance.

Director (P.R. & I.P.) Dr. Vinod Kumar Saini proposed the vote of thanks. Floral tributes were offered by all dignitaries in remembrance of the late Dr. Ramnath A. Podar.

Chairman Mr. Rajiv K. Podar and Trustee Dr. Vedica Podar congratulated all stakeholders and reaffirmed the Trust’s commitment to value-based education and nation-building.

Principals, faculty members, officers, staff, students, and dignitaries from all institutions run by the Trust were present in large numbers. The stage proceedings were efficiently conducted by Dr. Anil Kumar Sharma.
