The UWCEC team encourages the young ones socially, emotionally and intellectually. Going to Pre School is ‘A small step for a giant exposure in a child’s life’.
This is the first exercise in which children are separated from the comfort and secure zone of their parents. Therefore, it has to be a place which is a second home to the child; a place, which has enough material to make the child feel comfortable and secure. This is the first place where the child builds his/her self-esteem. A child learns the importance of his own name, things and friends. Ever

Prize Distribution Ceremony at UWCEC!
Prize distribution ceremonies play a vital role in acknowledging and rewarding students' hard work and achievements. By recognizing their efforts, we boost their confidence and self-esteem, motivating them to strive for excellence.
Keeping this in mind UWCEC aimed to celebrate the dedication and accomplishments of our students by organising a prize distribution ceremony.
The awards were divided into 5 different categories -
- the most disciplined class
- the class that had maximum participation during different competitions
- the class who speaks the most in English
- The class who has shown tremendous improvement and the best class.
The ceremony concluded on a high note, leaving the students and teachers feeling proud and motivated. The recognition of achievements not only celebrated individual successes but also fostered a sense of community and shared purpose, inspiring everyone to reach new heights.
Animal Exhibition held at UWCEC
Exhibitions in preschool are vital because they transform abstract classroom lessons into hands - on learning experiences which foster a child's natural curiosity.
These events play a key role in developing early cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
The Nursery and Jr.kg students participated in this exhibition and described the animal given to them . The teachers made 3D animals and the room was set up with the background of Jungle and a farm. Every child was given 3-4 lines related to the animal and were supposed to say those in front of the parent of their class.
Parents were happy to see little ones saying their lines confidently. This hands-on experience boosted their communication skills, confidence, and grasping power.
Our tiny tots spreading joy and positivity! Singing 'Shree Rama Chandra Krupalu' on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami.
