Independence Day Message for 2023
Dear friends!
आज़ादी के एक और सुनहरे साल की बधाई!
Last year, all of us proudly celebrated Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the 75th anniversary of our Independence with supreme ecstasy and splendour. And now, our nation has embarked upon another journey towards the 100th milestone with greater acceleration. The next 25 years are going to be India’s most glorious years as a world power. The ‘सोने की चिड़िया’ will return, with opulence manifold, not merely fluttering her weak wings to weave a humble nest, but transforming into a strong-headed gigantic predator bird, toothed and clawed, shadowing her competitors under her massive outspread wings, to create her ambitious niche among the world leaders. Let us all resolve to ‘Be Indian, Buy Indian’ and ‘Boycott Foreign’ to fulfill the ‘just-round-the corner dream’ of ‘All Bazaars Indian’.
Truly, our sky-scraper goals are all set to be achieved soon. To add momentum to our spirited efforts is Chandrayaan III, India’s ambitious moon-bound mission, rocketing high to hoist the tricolor up on the lunar base. India’s exalted presidency in G20 has the world singing to her tunes. Digital India is an example for the world. India’s economy was lapping high when others were ebbing low, post-Covid. Even a khomchawala in India carries a QR code for digital payment. Our stately achievements in the field of agriculture, industry, commerce, health and education are uncountable.
DAV is proud to be the forerunner in the field of education, with an enormous spread of non-profit educational institutions all over the country, about to touch the 1K mark. We can say, with our head held high that we have been providing the best quality education to millions of students and cultivating a fresh future in our flowerbeds every year. In the past, martyrs from DAV laid down their lives for the country’s prestige. Today, again we need to answer the clarion call. But, we do not want the new crop to lay down their live
