Love is the nature of man. Silence is the source of happiness. Right conduct is the way of life. But some situations you need just to show your anger. If you don't get angry, you will lose many precious things in life. So, I say "get angry" not for hurting others but for self help and self protection.

River doesn't exists on a bank. Two banks are needed it to flow. By touching the two sides it flows and eventually merges into the vast ocean. In the Same manner, our life exists between sorrow and joy.
Sometime we should accept the bed of arrows and pillow of thorns to have the life's lessons. Really such lessons have great values.
