*Visit to Pushpa Gujral Science City Kapurthala*
The Lions Public School organized a trip for students to Pushpa Gujral Science City, Kapurthala.
Students explored various branches of science through interactive exhibits, including physical, natural, and social sciences, engineering, and more. They enjoyed galleries on fun science, space, sports, and virtual reality, along with 3D and laser shows.
The earthquake and flight simulators provided real-life experiences.
The Climate Change Theatre educated them on global climate change impacts and precautions. This trip was both informative and enjoyable.

Our students explored exhibits related to space, solar system, human body, plants, and maths lab, gaining valuable insights into the workings of the universe and science.

A special thanks to Ek NOOR charitable trust Girls Orphanage for organizing the trip and to our management for sponsoring the entire cost.
We hope to organize more such educational trips to further enhance our students' science knowledge.

Lions Public School hosted a painting competition centered around the theme 'Yudh Nashian Virudh' (War Against Drugs), an anti-drug campaign spearheaded by the Punjab Government under Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann to combat the state's drug menace.
The competition aimed to engage students creatively in raising awareness about the perils of drug abuse and promoting a drug-free society. Such initiatives foster community participation, particularly among school children, in addressing the escalating issue of substance abuse and leveraging art as a medium to combat it. Awards were presented to the top artists. This event educated students about the consequences of drug use and empowered them to drive positive change in their communities.
