Change is inevitable. Introduction of students, so is the transition for students from their
preuniversity academics to professional curriculum. Induction program helps in making the
students of first year feel comfortable, creating opportunities to showcase their talents and
interests and shape their character. An induction program is the harbinger of various in-campus
& off-campus activities specially designed for entrants to fill the gap. Induction Program is a
beautiful combination of literary activities, cultural activities, personality development
activities, Universal Human Values sessions, sports and many more.
IICC believes that there are many aspects leading to good education, a supportive, nurturing
environment and exposure to growing technological innovations thus conducting an induction
program is easier to introduce students and aware for the academics itself.

Objectives Of Program:

• The Induction program held on 29th Nov 2022 in Department auditorium and served as
a strong foundation for the MCA first year students for beginning their two years
journey. It began with the conduction of the orientation program in small batches so that
the program would be effective.
• The program began the with Dr. Satish Sharma (HOD of IICC) briefing about the
University and Academics of the Department with other teaching faculty Mr. Arvind
Bhave Sir and Dr. Manjiri Vyawahare Mam addressing us about our role in their
department and study process of the campus.
• The Induction program then made way for extracurricular activities that looked to infuse
the young minds with creativity and enhance their professionalism. The sessions dealt
with Freshers Introduction, self-development, career objectives, Dream Company setup
and focus attributes that are essential in every profession.
• Our respected senior plays a big role for the arrangement of this Induction Program held
in the auditorium of the Department with well managed projectors for displaying the
History of the Department. Seniors also guide us about the Academics and other
activities performed in the Department.
