" GREEN DAY CELEBRATION* "

Green colour is a symbol of Life, Renewal, Nature,and Energy. The world around us reflects an array of colours and GREEN is associated with meanings of growth,harmony, freshness,safety, fertility and environment.

So our little munchkins celebrated GREEN DAY. Children came to school dressed up in green. They also brought their favourite green colour items from home and spoke about it. Teachers organised fun-filled activities and made this day a memorable one for the kids.

# # Poem Recitation Competition..!! # #

Recitation has its own rhythm, music, sounds & beats which are very much helpful for child's language, cognitive development & emotional development. It helps the students to practice pitch, voice inflection & volume. Through this, a child can understand the words with different meaning but similar sounds.

Reciting Poems is the great tool for children to express their emotions, creative thinking and enhancing vocabulary in English Language. Therefore, MFS had arranged the Poem Recitation Competition on for the tiny tots. Children have shown their confidence in public speaking with props and costumes. They are sharpening their skills like rhythmic voice modulation and memorization skills by participating in the competitions.

How good it would be if a child gets Motivation and Appreciation for every small effort. For the givers, it might merely be words or a small thing but it can be a life changing reward for the receivers.

As a school, we always try to motivate the students at every step and appreciate their efforts and victory. Here, we continued our vision and had organised the Prize Distribution Ceremony at MFS Khairthal
The ceremony was graced by esteem presence of our honourable Director Sir.

Amid the lockdown, it's imperative to keep the young minds engaged constructively. In line with this idea, My First Step School organized an Online Activity of Poem Recitation and Story-telling for Grade K.G to Prep. The students were super excited to represent their skill. Such activities offer an excellent platform for the students to bring out their artistic side and showcase their talent to the world.

We are observing World Environment Day, on 5th June, on the theme of Bio- diversity .
As we work hard effectively to combet Covid-19 pendemic ,we are reminded of the need to think on how to pursue sustainable economic development without harming our environment .

On World Environment Day ,let us renew our commitment to preserve bio-divarsity and environment by planting more saplings and utilizing renewable enegry resources.
