National Council for Vocational Training - NCVT Approved

Captioned Industrial Training Center was commissioned in the year 1987 and had the privilege to celebrate the Silver Jubilee in year 2012. It is located at the 9th km on the Vandavasi - Polur state high way in the backward area of the Vandavasi Taluk to cater to needs of the under privileged and backward community in the area.

AKKITC is the one and only institution in Tamil Nadu if not the nation which is collecting the lowest fees from the students taking into account the locality.

AKKITC has three trades viz., Motor Mechanic, Fitter and Electrician are currently functional. Industrial Training Department of Tamil Nadu Government especially the Regional Joint Director (RJD) keeps a very high esteem of the institution.

AKKITC is treated as the model institute for the freshers by the RJD. Fully Equipped Work Shops for Hands On Training of Students with Excellent Infrastructure in a Serene Atmosphere.

செப்டம்பர் 5: முன்னாள் ஜனாதிபதி டாக்டர் ராதாகிருஷ்ணன் பிறந்த தினம் இன்று (1888)
சர்வபள்ளி ராதாகிருஷ்ணன் அவர்கள் செப்டம்பர் ஐந்து 1888 இல் திருத்தணியில் பிறந்தார்.அப்பா வீராசாமி அவர்கள் ஜமீன்தாரிடம் தாசில்தாராக இருந்தார்.பள்ளிக்காலம் திருத்தணியிலும்,திருப்பதியிலும் கழிந்தது.
குடும்பம் வறுமையில் இருந்ததால் அப்பா இவரை கோயில் குருக்களாக போக சொன்னார்.ஆனால் ,கல்வி கற்க வேண்டும் என்கிற ஆர்வம் உந்தித்தள்ளியது இவரை.புத்தகம் வாங்க காசில்லாமல் இவரின் உறவுக்காரர் தத்துவம் படித்து வைத்து இருந்த பழைய புத்தகங்கள் மட்டுமே இருந்ததால் வேலூர் வுர்கிஸ்(VOORHEESE )கல்லூரியில்,பின் சென்னை கிறித்துவ கல்லூரியில் தத்துவம் பயின்றார்.
சென்னை கிறித்துவ கல்லூரியில் பயில்கிற பொழுது ஹாக் எனும் புகழ் பெற்ற பேராசிரியரின் கீழ் "வேதாந்தத்தின் ஒழுக்கவியல் மற்றும் அதன் கருத்தியல் நம்பிக்கைகள் "என்கிற தலைப்பில் ஆழ்ந்த ஒரு கட்டுரையை சமர்ப்பித்தார். மேற்கத்திய தத்துவங்களில் நம்பிக்கை கொண்ட ஹாக் அதை நிராகரிப்பார் என இவர் எதிர் பார்த்தார்.ஆனால் அதை அப்படியே ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு பிரமாதம் என்றார் ;முதுகலை பட்டம் இவ்வாறு வந்து சேர்ந்தது.
வறுமை வாட்டி எடுத்ததால் கல்லூரியில் பெற்ற பதக்கங்களை அடமானம் வைத்து செலவுகளை சமாளித்து இருக்கிறார் ; தத்துவம் படித்து முடித்த பின் சென்னை மாநில கல்லூரியில் உதவி பேராசிரியராக சேர்ந்ததும் தட்டு வாங்க காசு இல்லாமல் வாழை இலையில் தான் தினமும் உண்டு இருக்கிறார்.வெகு விரைவிலேயே அவரின் இந்தியா தத்துவங்கள் சார்ந்த கட்டுரைகள் உலகம் முழுக்க கவனம் பெற்றன.ஒன்பதே ஆண்டுகளில் மைசூர் பல்கலைகழகம் பேராசிரியராக இவரை பணியமர்த்தியது.மாணவர்களிடம் தலைசிறந்த ஆசிரியர் என பெயர் பெற்றார்
பின் கொல்கத்தாவில் பெருமை மிகுந்த ஐந்தாம் ஜார்ஜ் இருக்கை பேராசிரியர் பதவியில் அமர கிளம்பும் பொழுது குதிரை வண்டியின் குதிரைகளை அவிழ்த்துவிட்டு பிள்ளைகளே வண்டியை இழுத்து சென்றது இவர் எத்தகு ஆசிரியர் என்பதற்கு சான்று..அங்கிருந்து ஹார்வர்ட் ,ஆக்ஸ்போர்ட் முதலிய பல்கலைகழக கூட்டங்களில் இவர் பேசியதை பார்த்து உலகம் வியந்தது.பெர்ட்ரண்டு ரசல் முதலிய உலக மேதைகள் இவரின் மேற்கத்திய மற்றும் கிழக்கின் தத்துவ அறிவை பற்றிய ஆளுமையை கண்டு சொக்கிபோனார்கள் ஆக்ஸ்போர்ட் பல்கலைகழகத்தின் பேராசிரியர் பதவியில் நாற்பது வயதிற்குள் அமர்த்தப்பட்டார்.ஆந்திராவின் துணை வேந்தாரகவும் பணியாற்றினார்.பின்பு பனராஸ் ஹிந்து பல்கலைகழக துணை வேந்தர் ஆன பொழுது தான் இவரின் விடுதலை பற்று பலர்க்கு தெரிந்தது.மாரிஸ் ஹல்லேட் எனும் கவர்னர் பனராஸ் ஹிந்து பல்கலைகழக மாணவர்கள் வெள்ளையனே வெளியேறு இயக்கத்தில் ஈடுபட்டதால் அதை போர் மருத்துவமனையாக மாற்ற முயற்சித்த பொழுது அப்பொழுதைய வைஸ்ராயை சந்தித்து அதை தடுத்தார் ;ஆனால் அரசு நிதியுதவி தராது என அறிவித்ததும் தெருத்தெருவாக சென்று நிதி திரட்டி பல்கலைகழகத்தை நடத்தினார்
விடுதலை பெறுவதற்கு முன்னேயே யுனெஸ்கோவுக்கான இந்திய பிரதிநிதி ஆனார் ;இந்திய விடுதலை பெற்றதும் கல்வி கமிஷன் தலைவர் ஆனார் ;கல்வியில் செய்ய வேண்டிய மாற்றங்கள் குறித்து பல்வேறு யோசனைகளை இவரின் குழு வழங்கியது.விடுதலைக்கு பின் அரசாங்கம் வழங்கிய சர் பட்டத்தை துறந்தார் ;தன்னை முனைவர் என்றே அழைத்தால் போதும் என ஆசிரியர் என்கிற பெருமிதத்தோடு சொன்னார்.
ஸ்ரீனிவாச ராமனுஜம் இங்கிலாந்து கிளம்பும்முன் கப்பலில் இவரை சந்தித்து ஆசி பெற்று இருக்கிறார்;மீண்டும் இருவரும் சந்திக்கவே இல்லை.சர்ச்சில்லின் வெள்ளையின திமிருக்கு குட்டு வைத்து இருக்கிறார் ;"நாங்கள் ஒரே நிறம் ;நீங்கள் பல நிறம் என சர்ச்சில் சொன்ன பொழுது "கழுதைகள் ஒரே நிறம் ,குதிரைகள் பல நிறம் !"என்றார் ;:ஸ்பூனில் சாப்பிடுவதே நாகரீகம் என சொன்ன பொழுது ,"உங்கள் ஸ்பூனில் யார் வேண்டுமானலும் சாப்பிடலாம் ,என் கையில் நான் மட்டுமே சாப்பிட முடியும் "என்றாரே பார்க்கலாம்.
சோவியத் ரஷ்யவின் இந்திய தூதர் ஆனார் ;அப்பொழுது ஸ்டாலினை நேருக்கு நேர் பார்த்து ,"ரத்தம் வழியும் போர் புரிந்து பின் துறவறம் பூண்ட இந்திய அரசர் உண்டு ;நீங்களும் அவ்வாறே ஆவீர்கள் !"என்றார் சிலவருடம் கழித்து கூப்பிட்ட ஸ்டாலின் ,"என்னை மனிதராக நடத்திய முதல் ஆத்மா நீங்கள் தான் !நீங்கள் பல காலம் வாழவேண்டும் !"என வாழ்த்தினார்.
கற்பிப்பதில் தீராத ஆர்வம் கொண்டவர் -ரஷ்யாவின் தூதராக இருந்த காலத்திலும் ஆக்ஸ்போர்ட் பல்கலையில் ஆறுமாதம் போய் பாடம் நடத்தி வந்தார்.இந்தியாவின் முதல் குடியரசு துணை தலைவர் ஆனார்.அப்போது அவர் விவாதங்களின் நடுவே தலையிட்டு இந்து புராணங்களில் இருந்தும் ,பைபிளில் இருந்தும் வாசகங்கள் சொல்வார் ,"குடும்ப நிகழ்வு போல சிறப்பாக நடத்துகிறார் என நேரு புகழாரம் சூட்டினார்.
ஜனாதிபதியாக ராஜேந்திர பிரசாத்திற்கு பின் ஆனார் ;தன் சம்பளமான பத்தாயிரத்தில் 2,500 மட்டும் பெற்றுக்கொண்டு மீதத்தை பிரதமரின் நிவாரண நிதிக்கு கொடுத்து விடுவதை வழக்கமாக கொண்டு இருந்தார்.
இவரின் பிறந்தநாளை அரசு கொண்டாட ஆசைப்பட்ட பொழுது அதை ஆசிரியர் தினமாக கொண்டாடலாம் என சொன்னார் .அவ்வாறே ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டு அவர் உயிருடன் இருக்கும் பொழுதே அரசு அதை செய்தது தன்னை ஒரு ஆசிரியர் என்பதிலேயே பெருமை கொண்டு இருந்தார்.இந்தியாவின் முதல் பாரத ரத்னாவை சி.வி.ராமன், ராஜாஜி ஆகியோருடன் இவரும் பெற்றுக்கொண்டார்
இவரை நேரு சொன்ன வரிகளில் ஓரளவிற்கு அடக்கலாம் ;"இந்தியாவிற்கு பல்வேறு பதவிகளில் சேவை புரிந்து இருக்கிறார் ;எனினும் ,அவர் ஒரு மாபெரும் ஆசிரியர் அவரிடம் இருந்து கற்றுக்கொண்டோம் ,இனியும் கற்றவண்ணம் இருப்போம் ஒரு தத்துவஞானி ,மனிதாபிமானி,கல்வியாளரை இந்த நாடு ஜனாதிபதியாக பெற்றதற்கு பெருமை கொள்கிறது.அதுவே பெரிய மதிப்பு மற்றும் கவுரவம் !"
சமூக சேவை செய்வதில் ஆர்வம் கொண்டு இருந்தார்.ஜி.டி.பிர்லாவுடன் கிருஷ்ணார்பன் தொண்டு நிறுவனத்தை தொடங்கினார்.இன்றுவரை அது சிறப்பாக செயல்பட்டு கொண்டு இருக்கிறது.இறுதி ஆறு வருடங்களை அமைதியாக தன் சென்னை வீடான கிரிஜாவில் கழித்தார்.
