Mechanical Engineering Department, at PSNACET, was established along with the institute in 1984 with the intake of 60 students.

The intake was increased to 120, 240 and 300 in the years 2006, 2014 and 2015 respectively.

Proud Moment for PSNACET

Our NSS Volunteer N. JEEVA (3rd Year, Mechanical Engineering) has made us proud by getting selected for My Bharat BUDGET QUEST, a national-level program held at Kanha Shanthivanam, Hyderabad on 12th & 13th April 2026.

This initiative helps youth understand India’s budget and governance system. JEEVA actively contributed in budget discussions, group activities, and leadership sessions, representing Tamil Nadu with distinction.
