Looking for "SALES & OPERATIONS OFFICER"

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Officer to join our teams in both of our offices in India; Bangalore and Mumbai (Thane), and support our sales and operations divisions.
Salary : 22,000/- to 30,000/- per Month

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing sales and inventory data of the company’s various products and services.
• Reporting sales and inventory movements to the Manager on a regular basis.
• Organizing and maintaining sales records for access by management.
• Prepare sales quotes and invoices for circulation to customers.
• Handling customers and assisting with physical and online sales as appropriate.
• Offer support and guidance during audits.
• Basic record keeping and ZOHO ERP tool management with all product and inventory data, invoices, bills etc.
• Handle lead generation and book appointments.
• Obtain training in Company’s products, services, market and processes for sales excellence.

Requirements & Skills:
• Proven work experience in a Sales & Operations or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the sales & ERP process management to support the business.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process.
• Good understanding of MS Office, accounting and ERP software.
• Good knowledge of sales, operation and bookkeeping processes, including familiarity with operation of various ERP and Online Sales Platforms.
• Experience in working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting.
• Relevant training and/or certifications in sales & operations (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
