"HEALTHY ISNT A GOAL, ITS A WAY OF LIVING" & "A HEALTHY OUTSIDE STARTS FROM A HEALTHY INSIDE"

Visit to a supermarket! We had a chance to shop and know basic shopping (children) rules at the supermarket.

Focus on ur child's journey and not its destination. For joy is found not in finishing the activity but doing it.
