Nothing like group photos, good food and even better conversations. ❤️

Networking doesn’t always have to be in a conference room sometimes it’s over dinner, shared stories and a table full of new connections.

Throwback to our lovely evening at Copper Chimney India ! 🥂

New places, new faces, happy thoughts and conversations that leave you smiling long after the event.

One attendee summed it up perfectly: “I came in not knowing anyone and left having met so many interesting people. It didn’t feel like networking it felt like a room full of conversations I actually wanted to have.”

And honestly, that’s exactly what we’re trying to create real people, real conversations and connections that continue beyond the room.

Who would’ve thought a jewellery brand and Mahjong would make such a perfect match?

125 women came together at The Kumari Fine Jewellery Jade Dragon Mahjong Tournament at The Quorum Club, and it wasn’t just about winning hands.

Between every game, there were conversations, laughter, cheering, learning, and women genuinely celebrating each other.

And then there was the jewellery. Women trying on earrings between rounds, admiring necklaces after a winning hand, asking each other, “Where’s that from?” It never felt like a brand was being sold to us it felt like it was part of the experience.

That’s what made this collaboration work.
The best brand partnerships don’t interrupt an event. They belong in it. When your audience naturally interacts with your product because it fits the moment, you’ve already won.

More than 125 women, hundreds of conversations, countless laughs, and one afternoon we’ll all remember.

This is exactly why I started the round table - a small, intimate group, on purpose.

Because in a room that small, something shifts. You stop performing and start being honest. You talk about your business like it actually means something to you.

You say what you’re looking for. You say what you don’t want. You ask for help instead of pretending you’ve got it all figured out.

And here’s the thing we all forget: we don’t ask.

We sit in rooms full of people who could genuinely help us and we stay quiet. We network “politely.”

We keep it surface level. We leave without saying the one thing we actually needed to say.

So this is your reminder: be vulnerable. Talk about where you’re stuck. Ask the question. Ask for the intro. Ask for the advice. Ask ask ask because the people who get what they want are the ones who actually ask for it.

Nobody builds alone. Stop pretending you have to.

For months, my one-on-one coaching happens behind closed doors - voice notes, calls, working through someone’s networking strategy or brand one conversation at a time.

But growth doesn’t happen in isolation. So I brought all my clients together for something different: a vegetarian 7-course dinner at TÓA 66 , discovering a new venue and a new cuisine as a group.

This is how these dinners work - no agenda, no pitch decks. Just a long table, great food coming out course by course, and people who’ve never met before finding out they’re solving the same problems.

Someone talking about scaling their community realizes the person next to them cracked that exact thing six months ago. A quiet intro over the second course turns into an actual collaboration by dessert.

That’s the real work - not just coaching people one-on-one, but building the room where they find each other. TÓA 66 gave us the space and the food; the rest just happened on its own.

This dinner started as a small idea - the people who show up for us, again and again, deserve a space where they’re not just meeting us, but meeting each other.

Our regulars are the heartbeat of this community, and watching new friendships form between people who “always show up” has been one of the best surprises of building Networking Now India.

To everyone at the table last month thank you for making showing up a habit. This one’s for you.

12+ years, 100+ brands, and she still broke it down like she was talking to a friend, not a room. No jargon. No fluff. Just a real framework for the decisions founders actually lose sleep over - the ones you keep avoiding because you don’t trust your own judgment on them yet.

What stayed with me: brand clarity isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s the filter that makes every other decision faster.

Thank you Priyasha Murarka | Brand Alchemist and Qi Studio for showing up with substance.

Design is never a solo sport. Listening to Husain Jariwala was a treat & major learning!

Every beautiful space you’ve ever admired had a room full of people behind it - architects arguing over material swatches, entrepreneurs figuring out budgets on the fly, experts who’ve made every mistake so you don’t have to.

That’s what this evening at Evolve Artisanal was about. We co hosted this with Essajees Atelier and their wonderful communities and we filled it with the kind of learning that only happens face-to-face - no slides, no scripts, just people who know their craft talking to people who want to.

Because the best education in this industry was never going to come from a webinar.

Can’t wait for the next!

Leveraging LinkedIn for Founders” with Komal Ramani Makhija and honestly, this might’ve been our most valuable session yet.

Komal broke down what it actually takes to build a founder brand that creates trust, authority, and opportunities - not textbook theory, but the exact playbook she’s used to build Projekt from the ground up.

The room asked real questions. Got real answers. That’s the whole point.

10 workshops in, and the lesson stays the same learning is the key to growth, and showing up is half the battle.

See you at the next one!

Building NNI has taught me that the best conversations don’t follow an agenda.

This time, it was colour, character, and the spaces we call home. Latika founder Freedom Tree Design Studio | Home & Lifestyle on why colour is never just decoration. Ruchika Ruchika Chhabria and Firdaus Variava Bharat Floorings & Tiles on the quiet difference between homes that inherit their history and homes that have to build it from scratch.

What stayed with me: every founder in that room had a point of view so strong, it showed up in the work itself.

That’s the thing about real conviction you can’t fake it, and you definitely can’t outsource it.

This is why we keep doing these rooms. Not for the networking checkbox, but for the discoveries you didn’t know you were looking for.

If you’re a designer, architect, or just someone who believes spaces should say something you’ll want to be at the next one.
