Hon'ble Justice Aravind Kumar is a Judge of the Supreme Court of India, elevated on 13 August 2023. Born on 14 July 1962, he began his judicial career as a Judge of the Karnataka High Court and later served as the Chief Justice of the Gujarat High Court before joining the apex court.
Throughout his judicial career, Justice Aravind Kumar has delivered significant judgments on constitutional law, criminal law, commercial disputes, arbitration, taxation, and administrative law. He is widely respected for his clear legal reasoning, commitment to the rule of law, and balanced approach to justice.
His contributions continue to shape Indian jurisprudence and strengthen public confidence in the judicial system.
