Unpopular opinion: A good team doesn’t always agree with you.
Some of our best conversations this week started with a disagreement.
A meeting where someone questioned the idea. A conversation that went in a completely different direction. A suggestion that made us go back to the drawing board.
And honestly, that’s better than a room full of people saying, “Yes, sounds good.”
Working with a team teaches you that good ideas don’t always come from being right. Sometimes, they come from being challenged.
